Accommodation: My strengths are the swimming pool, washing machine, storage, Ponant district, access to collective parking.La Grande-Motte, Two room apartment for 6 people in residence with swimming pool.Located 2 steps from the Golf and the pretty port du ponant, this functional and well equipped apartment ensures you have a pleasant stay just minutes from the beach and shops.Its living room opens onto an east facing terrace with a side view of the port of Ponant. It has a 140 bed in the bedroom as well as a pull-out bed (2 beds in 90) and a flat-screen TV. In the living room there is a Rapido sofa (easy to open) in 160 and a second TV. The kitchen is very well equipped with microwave, oven, washing machine, refrigerator, Dolce Gusto coffee maker, citrus press and many storage facilities. Two tables will be at your disposal to enjoy meals inside or on the terrace.At the entrance is a dressing room with storage and iron and ironing table as well as an au room with toilet.Please note that the end of stay cleaning, linen and towels are not included in the price. However if you wish, we invite you to contact us to add these services.A deposit of € 150 for the household and € 500 for the accommodation will be requested on the day of your arrival (sumes not collected or debited, as a guarantee).A common parking lot within the residence with many parking spaces will allow you to park your car in the basement.As far as the swimming pool is concerned, it will be open subject to sanitary conditions. The Agency is relieved of all responsibilities in the event of a decision by the resident trustee or competent authorities to close the basins.
