Built in the late 60s on a plot of more than 900 m2, this house is suitable for your future holiday on the peninsula of Cap Ferret: on one level, it is composed of a main part with a living room living-dining room (fireplace), a TV room, two bedrooms, a shared bathroom and a small separate kitchen that overlooks the back terrace. This patio terrace includes an outdoor lounge, with umbrella and barbecue, ideal for your evening with family or friends. The patio provides access to two other separate bedrooms, each with its own bathroom.
House close to the ocean beaches of Truc Vert and the center of Petit Piquey.
