Siting in a unique position in the resort with serene unobstructed views across the central lake and fountain to the main clubhouse lying beyond , this apartment boasts1,116 sqf.of space featuring a large screened balcony accessible from both the main living area and the master bedroom, two twin beds in the guest bedroom and a sofa in the living room that opens into a queen - sized bed; each room comes with it's own wide screen TV with included cable channels to enjoy different programing.Perfect for vacationers with children , this villa includes a crb and a highchair and has two full bathrooms.The apartment also contains a large and fully-equipped kitchen with all majorappliances and includes crockery cookware,utensils and glassware so you can stay and have family meal indoor or on the balcony, dining area. As a bonus this is a wounderfull choise for wildlife lovers due to direct proximity to the resort nature trails , central lakes and to the Tradewinds Restaurant and pool area ( 2 min. walk) which is nestled on the shore of Lake Davenport with a beautiful jetty stretching into the lake for sunbathing and fishing.
Bahama Bay is a security gated resort that hosts a variety of activities including nature trails , tennis , basketball , table tennis , pool tables, beach volleyball, fishing, 4 pool heated /hot tubs, white sand beach , kids splash pad and pool, day spa.
The Resort is located south of the Disney parks within 13 miles away.
Various grocery stores and restaurants are 2-3 miles away providing many shopping and dining options.
Very close to toll roads and highways.
Paring Notes: Outdoor free parking , Motorcycles allowed , may not be on trailer. Boats, trailers of any kind, RV's and jet skis are Prohibited !

Paradise

The property is just as it is listed on VRBO. We really enjoyed sitting on balcony off of living room and watching the wildlife in the pond (gators, turtles, birds). Property is located very close to pools also. Thank you so much. Would definitely stay here again

Wonderful stay!

Prime location on property with beautiful view of the lake! Quick and easy walking distance to the amenities! Staff and guests were all amazing :) I will be back!!!

Lakeside Getaway!

Beautiful neighborhood with a great view from the balcony! Description and photos of the listing were spot on. The resort offered several pools, jacuzzis, and a bar/restaurant. Kitchen had all required cookware and worked well for making meals on several occasions. We had trouble with the AC one day, but the issue was remedied within hours of us reporting it, excellent service and communication! Overall, it was a terrific experience, and an excellent value. If I’m ever back in town, I’ll be sure to rent from here again, would highly recommend! As a side note, the resort is roughly half an hour from Orlando attractions such as Sea World, Disney, etc.

Beautiful condo

This condo and resort was amazing. We had a problem with a staff member at the pool but the front desk handled it with grace. The air conditioner required maintenance and the property manager was in great contact and fixed immediately. The property was also fully stocked of dishes. Highly recommend
