This is a beautiful estate in Western Malibu overlooking the two best beaches in the city: El Matador and Broad Beach. Featuring the longest grassy backyard in Malibu that is 440 feet long, enjoy a private stay at our family owned residence with an unbeatable view from sunrise to sunset!

No parties/gatherings allowed during your stay. No commercial filming. No exceptions. Maximum occupancy is 8 total guests. If guest count exceeds maximum occupancy, we reserve the right to cancel your booking without refund.

My stay as was amazing! I loved it here so much. Very clean, private, huge open space and the best views I’ve seen anywhere! Would definitely stay again. The host was also very accommodating. It’s a family owned property and you can tell the house is very loved and well taken care of!

Perfect for our family get together. The kitchen worked perfect for hosting our celebration brunch! Loved the property, grass areas, patio seating and view of the ocean. Uniquely beautiful property

We took the family to Malibu for a little summer vacation and stayed in this lovely home. The location is so amazing, set on a hilltop with gorgeous views. I appreciated the fact that the breathtaking yard is being kept up so well. The steep driveway winds you up to this amazing spot. We were in awe, and even had a beautiful deer visit outside the living room window one afternoon and just stare at us! You’ll love the chef’s kitchen as well with top notch appliances. We hope to visit again soon.

Best View!

The view from this lovely home is spectacular. The sunrises and sunsets made you feel at complete peace. The plants, flowers, and huge grass area were a welcome respite from the craziness of everyday life. The owner was very accommodating and answered every question immediately via text or the VRBO App. We hit Malibu on a perfect weather weekend. Thank you for this nice weekend in your home.
