We propose to you with the hiring, on the commune of Saint-Nazaire, this charming apartment vis-a-vis the sea and the beach, of a surface of 46 m ² and being able to accomodate until 3 travellers. Located on the 3rd floor (with elevator), it is composed of a nice living room of 30 m², open fully equipped kitchen, a nice bedroom, a shower room. Wifi (optical fiber), sheets and towels included, we are waiting for you!

The accommodation is composed as follows:
- A living room of 30 m² with TV and sofa-bed.
- An open kitchen equipped with : electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, hotplates, filter coffee machine...
- A bedroom with a double bed (140×190).
- A bathroom with shower.
- A separate toilet.

Outside :
- A balcony of 8 m² exposed to the rising sun in the morning, with table and chair to enjoy the beautiful days.

The apartment is ideally located in Saint-Nazaire, in a very pleasant environment and very well served by public transport. You will be able to benefit at 600 meters, easier of access by bike, of all the essential businesses but also of stores, restaurants, bars, market, cinemas in town, concerts, shows, museums, theater, exhibitions...

- The beach of Villès is located in front of the pedestrian passage at the foot of the building.
- Hiking, longe-côte, swimming, volleyball, windsurfing...
- Visit of the submarine base of Saint-Nazaire
- Visit of the Atlantic Shipyards
- Visit of the industrial sites of Airbus, Shipbuilding (Msc Croisières)
- Tasting of gastronomic specialties of the seaside (shellfish, fish), Breton specialties (galettes au beurre salé, cider, charcuteries).

If you choose to come by car, you will be able to park for free near the accommodation.
