The unit is exceptional. The location is great, the furniture is comfortable and the kitchen is well stocked. The beach gear closet had everything we needed to snorkel & just relax with chairs & umbrellas. The cable was a little spotty, but we didn’t spend a lot of time watching TV so it was fine. All in all a great unit.

Hali’i Kai never disappoints!

Hali’i Kai is our favourite place to stay in Hawaii (the State, not just the Island!). This unit offers the best of Hali’i Kai, being very close to the Ocean Club and having a perfect location for those incomparable Kona sunsets! The kitchen was well stocked and the BBQ grill worked flawlessly with a spare propane cylinder just in case. We would definitely stay here again!

Relaxing and beautiful

My sister and I had a relaxing week in paradise. We loved the property and everything about the unit. This was a much-needed trip to relax, heal, and make some new memories after unexpectedly losing my beloved husband of 22 years. I would stay here again and hope to soon.

Wonderful location! Wonderful property!

We have nothing but positive things to say about our time at this property! Upon arrival everything was incredibly clean, which we appreciate, and are certainly looking out for. The property managers were on top of absolutely every little thing throughout our stay, and truly provided the island aloha spirit! Wonderful Waikoloa Beach and golf property

Everything was as advertised in this high end condo. Beautiful views of the ocean and the sixt hole of the Waikoloa Beach nine golf course. Island Gourmet market with everything you need was just minutes away

Gorgeous View with ultimate Kitchen

Although we stayed at Haili Kai back in 2018, this unit was absolutely amazing. The afternoon sunset was beautiful, the unit was beautifully furnished and everything we needed in the kitchen was there, even Ziploc bags!

Happy Place

This is a beautiful condo, well stocked and perfect for families or two couples. The Ocean Club (Kathy & Pua are amazing!) is a real gem that adds value to any stay at Hali’i Kai. We only wished that the Ocean Club opened earlier/closed later.
