Plenty of kid & adult activities abound..including: snorkeling, hiking, whale-watching, basketball, tennis or playing a round on the scenic golf course. There’s a hot tub and oceanfront exercise cabana, private pools, bar & grill, and the exclusive, guests-only Ocean Club with 180-degree views of the Pacific. Nearby excursions can take you from adventurous horseback riding or zip-line over a waterfall to a relaxing massages, fine dining or long languid stroll on the beach. Just a short walk from the Technicolor waters and white sands of Anaeho'omalu Bay (A-Bay), spot turtles relaxing on the lava rocks. Don’t miss the hidden black sand beach, a 20-minute hike along Fishermen’s Trail.

Visit nearby Hapuna Beach for boogie boarding or check out Mauna Kea Resort for swimming, snorkeling and gorgeous views.

Hali'i Kai at Waikoloa Beach Resort is a 29-acre oceanfront resort, along an ocean golf course and the Pacific Ocean with luxurious 2-3 bedroom townhomes in a park-like setting with plenty of grassy areas.  This gated complex has different views; ocean, mountain,  golf course, and garden.The private Ocean Club is exclusively for Hali'i Kai owners and their guests. Overlooking the Pacific ocean, you can swim, dine, exercise and have tons of fun.

We absolutely loved our stay here. The property was beautifully decorated, clean and well equipped. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare our own meals. They supplied everything you would need for the beach or to use the sports facilities on site. The pool was great, especially at sunset

This location worked really well for our family of 6. The beach accessories available to us were very convenient. This an awesome location of you want to spend time on both the West and East sides of the island. Host was very responsive to the few communications I had. We would definitely rent again.

Beautiful Home in a Wonderful Location

The home was very well appointed with everything you need. The kitchen had lots of everything!! In was well stocked too with beach toys, chairs, boogy boards etc. Well decorated too and nice furniture. However, I would recommend that the beds and pillows are due for a change, mahalo!

Looking forward to our next visit

We had a great experience at this amazing property! Great communication and well appointed with items for the beach (chairs, towels, cooler, insulated bags, boogie boards) as well as tennis rackets and basketballs for the nearby courts. The location is perfect, close to shops, but in a gated community that is quiet and secure. Beautiful pool right by the ocean where you can get drinks and food. We are already looking forward to our next stay here on the big island!

Paradise found

Located in a quiet, clean and beautiful area. It is a short walk, or drive, to the club house where you can relax by the pool overlooking the Pacific ocean, or get a workout on the exercise equipment while looking at the ocean, or get a snack and drink at the bar. Sitting on the patio at the condo was a favorite spot for socializing and watching the birds. This is a place I highly recommend.

Could not have made a better choice !

We stayed here for 8 nights and nine days and it was a wonderful stay. Adriana the host, answered all of our questions before we arrived. The home had everything we needed to cook all of our meals, the home was comfortable, the Lani was great. The house was stocked with everything you need to hang all day at the beach and board games when you get back from a day of hanging out and eating shave ice. If I return to Kona I will make sure that I book with this host!

The condo is clean, spacious and well appointed. The patio and grassy area were great for the little ones. We did have difficulty finding the place at night when we arrived. We also had to wait to hear back from host when we reached out. The condo is just as described in the listing.

Our family of 5 (grandparent, 2 parents, teen and tween) loved this property. Plenty of space and everything we needed for our stay. Kitchen is VERY well equipped. Ice maker and cold water in fridge made filling water bottles before leaving for the day easy - no need to buy water. Having a grill right there was awesome - we used it multiple nights. Property felt safe - teen walked alone to hang out in the hammocks and explore the property daily. Adriana was very responsive when we had questions about the property. Only complaint is that we wish we had stayed longer! Highly recommend this property.

Great for a family, beautiful pool area which is what makes this place worth the stay other than that it wasn’t anything out of this world. Walkable to Kings/Queens shopping. It was very nice the condo was supplied with boogie boards, chairs, umbrellas, everything you could need. The condo was hot during the night, we messaged to get the temperature turned down 1-2 degrees, it’s a locked thermostat, and they wouldn’t do it… so that was semi-miserable to sleep. Beautiful neighborhood!

Beautiful place with everything you could ask for!

Beautiful condo. Very clean and inviting. We were almost afraid to touch anything as it seemed brand new. This condo had everything from beach chairs (6 even for my family of 6) to q-tips. Very well supplied! The kitchen was extremely well stocked with nice pots,pans, dishes etc. I was very happy to see the cooking utensils also matched the size of our family (large pans). I would definitely suggest offering a mattress topper as an option for the master bed as it was quite hard.
