Villa with 11X5 pool located in Caux, Languedoc. 6 minutes from Pézenas, the city of Molière and antique dealers, 25 minutes from the beaches, close to Montpellier and Spain.

Villa completely renovated, on the ground floor 3 bedrooms with double beds including 1 king size, 1 bathroom with Italian shower and bathtub, and toilet, laundry room, equipped kitchen living room 60m2. Upstairs, 1 bedroom with 1 double bed, 1 bathroom with shower and toilet, video room + 4 single beds, workshop.

Outside, swimming pool, shower, garden, hammock, dining area with fully equipped summer kitchen (pizza oven, gas and charcoal barbecue, microwave, sink, hob, fridge)

Poolhouse: 1 bedroom with double bed + 2 single beds, bathroom with shower and toilet.

Pets not allowed.
Expect end-of-stay cleaning costs approx. 150€.
Plan for swimming pool fees if you don't know how to maintain the pool. about 30€/week.

Hôtesse très accueillante, même si l'accueil s'est fait à 'distance' avec une autre personne. Nos rares interrogations ont eu des réponses immédiates.Le quartier est calme, la maison est tout confort, nous n'avons manqué de rien. Pour l'extérieur, rien à redire : piscine très propre, jardin bien entretenu.Un excellent séjour
