This property is in the most sunny and least rainy location of big island, with 400ft elevation above sea level. It has consistent breezes that bring a comfortable cool temperature, so it's never scorching hot like oceanfront properties. It's a short drive to watch the famous Kona sunset by the sea and to Mauna Kea star observatory.
This is a top floor unit on the 2nd floor. To access the unit, you need to climb 1 short flight of stairs. Multiple parking spaces are available on street. A car is necessary to get around town and all your planned activities. Taxi from the airport is expensive. Uber is an option. No bus station nearby.
Excellent place for remote workers, romantic getaway, single traveler and a small family.
You will have access to the entire condo in a gated community. Also, this community features a swimming pool, a jacuzzi tub, a small gym and two outdoor BBQ grills.
We are in a very safe neighborhood. My neighbors are quiet and respectful. Our building is surrounded by a beautiful golf course. You might meet some peacocks, turkeys, wild goose, nene birds (exclusively found in Hawaii) that roam around the grassy field. On your way coming in and going out of Waikoloa village, you might see wild goats, pigs and cows etc. - An invigorating dose of nature!
I have traveled around the world and I know that the real luxury in traveling means not only having a clean and comfortable place to stay but also being taken care of by the host. I give my guests space but am available when needed. I am active in scuba diving, freediving, horseback riding and other-door activities. If you need any information on where to go & what to do, I am more than happy to help. Plus, I know a few secret spots to swim with dolphins, turtles and manta rays.

This property is a great size for two people and met our needs very well. The elevation of Waikoloa makes for good sleeping temperatures. The location is far away enough to get away from the tourist hustle and yet close enough to easily access everything. The property was neat, clean and provided everything we needed.
Our stay was uneventful. No need to communicate with the host. Provided description was correct. We didnt notice parking on the street required prior to booking, however it was no issue. Easy find good spot as directed and the spot was quicker to leave and get on our way...while closer than 90% of spots inside gate

Lots of hidden rules and regulations. Charged extra to use air conditioning. Given 1 roll of toilet paper for 8 days. Everything mismatched including towels and linens.
