Great place for a getaway

The house was comfortable, updated, clean and in a nice quiet spot. The backyard space/pool was awesome. Great place to grill and the firepit was easy to use. Location made it easy to get to the beach, towns and good restaurants. The owner was very easy to communicate with, very responsive and very helpful.

Thank you, we’re so glad you enjoyed our scenic Hamptons property with landscape lighting and new fire pit table! They help create the perfect setting for evenings gatherings. We just added a deck heater, and an arcade machine too! Our Hamptons property is a wonderful year round getaway, close to parks, wineries, pumpkin farms, antique shops, bowling, mini golf, restaurants, and of course, beautiful beaches.

Clean, beautiful, and airy house

I had my bachelorette trip here and we absolutely loved the house. Located 15 min from Westport and several hot spots, we couldn’t have done better! I’m a stickler for clean getaways and the house was spotless. The porch was the best hangout spot.

Clean, looked just like the pictures. Host was responsive to requests and questions. Really enjoyed our stay. There aren't really sidewalks in the area, but we were able to walk along the road shoulder and jog in the mornings. Semi-private beach 1 mile away that was easy to walk/jog to!

Lovely well-appointed home

A very lovely house with comfortable arrangements. We were five women staying at the house and found it very comfortable and spacious. Close to beaches and had a beautiful outdoor deck to enjoy the sunshine in the backyard

Although this home was clean, and the host was responsive, we would not stay here again. We arrived an hour early and were reminded that there was an early check in fee. This was waived but checking in a little early has never been an issue. This is an older home that creaks quite a bit, and while the backyard has been nicely updated, the front of the property is not well maintained and gives a less favorable first impression. We could not take a step in our bedroom without the floor creaking loudly. The extensive house rules (you are responsible for washing and drying the pool towels before you leave as this is not included in the cleaning fee), the tone of the messages, combined with the age and condition of the home, made it difficult to fully relax. Future guests should know they’re staying in an older home with very detailed house rules so they can decide whether it’s the right fit for them.

Our guests have been enjoying our home for 5 years, rating their stay as Exceptional noting our excellent commuication. Kanwal arrived an hour early and with an additional person, without any communication. We graciously provided free early check in and wished her an enjoyable stay. And thankfully the cleaning was completed. As owners, we care for our summer home with love, keep it sparking clean and well maintained. We preserve the character of our home by incorporating refinished antique and new furnishings, refinished oak flooring and adding modern amenities like professional landscape lighting. We provide our guests with beach chairs and towels for their convenience. And we provide details on location, check in and out so our guests have a smooth stay.

We had a nice stay at this Hamptons property. The house was immaculately clean, well-appointed, tastefully decorated, and well-stocked with everything you could ever need on a vacation. The property is situated in a beautiful and peaceful area, and is conveniently close to all amenities and attractions in The Hamptons. Additionally, Jennifer and Vincent were very kind and responsive hosts. For example, when we had an issue with the pool, they responded immediately and did everything they could to solve the problem. We recommend staying at this lovely Hamptons home whenever you visit the area!
