Blue Diamond - studio with beach access

Blue Diamond enjoys direct beach access and sea views, set within Nettlé Bay Beach Club, a private, secure residence on the French side of the island, with free parking on-site.

Guests have access to the swimming pool and tennis court (rackets and balls provided). The studio is located on the 1st floor, up ten steps (no elevator).

Everything you need is within 2 to 5 minutes on foot: a small supermarket, bakery, pharmacy, gas station, and several restaurants.

Wake up to coconut palms, the beach, and the Caribbean Sea from your own private, unoverlooked terrace, one of the best spots on the island for a sunrise.
This bright, cozy air-conditioned studio features a king-size bed, a cozy living area with a smart TV, Wifi, and a kitchenette corner. Towels and linens included.
Located on the 1st floor, accessed via an outside staircase.

This is a secure residence with badge-controlled gate access. If you'd like, you're welcome to call or text us shortly before you arrive and we'll come open the gate for you. Otherwise, feel free to arrive at your own convenience. You may just need to wait a few minutes at the gate for another resident to pass through, which happens frequently. Once inside, your keys and gate badge are ready for you in the keybox with the access code sent shortly before your arrival.

Water and electricity are shared resources on our island, and short outages can occasionally happen; usually resolved within a few hours. It's simply part of island life here in SXM, and we appreciate your understanding. In exchange, you get to enjoy Saint-Martin, the Friendly Island, at its most authentic.
