Spacious enough for two families or a large group of friends Lazy Eight has everything you need for a relaxing vacation or long weekend getaway. Lazy Days units have some of the best views and fishing on the lake. With four bedrooms and three bathrooms, your friends and family can meet for a vacation that no one will forget. Located at Mile Marker 3 of the Grand Glaize arm, you will enjoy the never-changing views of the state park from the balcony, or get out and play on the lake yourself.

Ample parking and only 3 steps up to the unit make unloading luggage and groceries a breeze. The entire unit is on the same level which is unique for this size. Enjoy two master bedrooms, both with en-suite bathrooms, floor to ceiling windows overlooking the lake, and sliding doors that lead directly to the expansive balcony. A bunk room means the kids will have their own space to enjoy, and the 4th bedroom is perfect for some quiet relaxation. A full kitchen and dining area that seats 12, allows you to enjoy meals at home or venture out to one of the nearby delicious lake area restaurants.

Lazy Days has been voted the best complex on the lake and you'll agree! Two pools, picnic areas, charcoal grills and playgrounds, seasonal weekend security and a no-wake cove renowned for its great fishing, mean fun for the whole family! Only minutes from all the Osage Beach attractions like Harley Davidson, premium Outlet Mall, mini-golf, go-carts and arcades. Professional golf courses, the Bridal Cave and Ha Ha Tonka State Park near Camdenton, and Lake of the Ozarks State Park are all within a few minute drive making the activities endless!

A 10x24 slip is right below the condo and is available for rent for $20/night.

On-site boat trailer parking is also available free of charge, and the condo is located directly beside the private boat ramp.

Our housekeeping team allows you to have a relaxing morning departure. No extensive check-out process means you can enjoy breakfast, clean up your dishes, take out the trash and be on your way - no laundry or cleaning required!

PLEASE NOTE: Lazy Days is a family oriented community. If you are looking to party loudly at the lake, please rent a house or look at another community more suited to those activities. Any illegal activities engaged in on the property will be reported to the proper authorities.

We loved our stay a Lazy 8. It was a spacious condo with room for everyone. The view was great from the deck and the fishing off the boardwalk was fun for the kids. It was close to other attractions if we wnted to go out. The only negative was the group of guys staying above us. The would come in and make all kinds of noise at 3 am and woke our baby up ;(

Plenty of room

This double condo was perfect for our family with six adults and a three year old. Easy to access with only a few steps, close to pool and playground and a great view. The extra living room was nice too! Enjoyed our time at the pool, chatting with residents. Location was a short drive to all the popular restaurants and attractions. The photos are accurate so we knew it was a bit dated, but it really did serve our family well.

Family fun

My Virginia and Texas family members met here for a fun time together. With 3 one year olds and a 5 year old, we had to find an appropriate space for toddlers and an energetic little boy. This was perfect. Steps were not a worry, the patio was beautiful and a safe space, and the playground was so very convenient (as was the pool if it had only been warm and sunny enough!). We enjoyed convenient hiking in two state parks, mini golf, the Bagnell Dam and Museum, as well as time playing with the littles. The beds were comfy, the kitchen adequately stocked, the living space roomy, and amenities as advertised. Matt was always responsive to our questions. It was a lovely time of family bonding

Annual family and framily trip

We have stayed at Matt’s property 2 years in a row. It’s a great location and a great place for 10 adults . The 2 living rooms are a huge plus for a large group . This week was the hottest all summer and thank goodness you have the pool and lake to cool off all right at your footsteps of this condo ! Matt the owner is awesome and kept in constant communication ! The only things i would recommend the unit needs are a couple floor fans, a couple new doors , cookie sheets (none were in unit) and black out curtains in bedrooms . Highly recommend this condo for its roominess and location for a large group! Thanks for another great week at the lake Matt!

Family Trip

We enjoyed staying at the property again. We still noticed that the right side of the condo doesn't cool as well as the left side. We did figure out on the second day if we'd turn the temperature up on the left side it would cause the right side air to kick on more. We love the binder with all the instructions about the remotes. Might be nice to have a tip on how to get the right bedrooms to cool down. I expect we will have a family trip again next year and will likely reach out again. Thanks for letting us stay at your condo.

Long Weekend at the Lake

The condo was perfect for us. We had a large family get together and we no longer all fit in the property my in-laws own. It was nice to stay at a VRBO property where the host provided shampoo, coffee, and condiments. The beds were pretty comfortable as well. It was also nice to have the two living areas. The only reason that I marked the rating from 5-4 was because the deck table and chairs were very, very dusty. Also, the one side of the condo didn't seem to cool nearly as well as the other. I don't know if perhaps thermostats are different. None the less we were a little warm at night on the one side. The Lazy Days property is well maintained and we enjoyed the pool and the playground. We would stay there again.

Great family get-away

Lazy Days Resort is at an excellent location on the lake and this particular condo is in a nice location within the complex. It is directly across from a very nice family pool and playground, and has only a few steps to the unit. There are pool toys and beach towels in the unit, which was a pleasant surprise. We brought our boat and the fact that you can rent a boat slip close to this unit and have free trailer parking is very nice. We have rented this same unit twice and will probably rent it again.

If you are looking for a great condo in Osage beach close to everything this place is awesome ! The condo accommodated our group of 8 adults perfection. The 2 living rooms weee a huge plus as well as 4 steps to your front door and. Trip across the parking lot to pool . Many steps down to the dock so be prepared ..great cove to float in the lake . Only suggestion would be blackout curtains in all 4 bedrooms and a new fridge ..freezer worked great the fridge sis not stay very cold ..glad we had 4 coolers . Matt was amazing with everything and answers all questions . Highly recommend ! We had a blast!

Great family getaway

Had a wonderful weekend with our family at this beautiful condo. It was very well-stocked. All we needed was our food and drinks. How great to have only 3 steps to carry belongings into the condo. Furniture and beds were comfortable and we could fit comfortably around the large table for eating meals and playing games. The view of the state park from the deck and the quiet cove were very enjoyable. The pool, parking, the dumpster, and shopping were all very convenient. We hope to visit Lazy Eight again.

after falling in love with Lake of the Ozarks on multiple vacations here! We have two children and love boating and all that lake life has to offer.

Lake of the Ozarks is a special place to make memories with family and friends. Lazy Days Condos are located on the Grand Galize arm at Lake of the Ozarks at mile marker 3 and have tremendous views of the Lake of the Ozarks State Park across the lake, as well as some of the finest fishing and skiing spots right at the end of the dock.
