On the peninsula of St Mandrier/Mer, absolute charm, in beautiful Provencal style residence, free access to two sea-oriented swimming pools, three tennis courts, boulodrome, children's playground, table tennis, the cove of Cap Soleil..The residence overlooks the sea and has an exceptional view of the Mediterranean, 500 m from the beach Ste Asile, close to shops and nautical activities... Delivery of bread in the residence only July and August.Comfortable apartment of 35 m2, 4 adults maximum, terrace of 22 m2 furnished with garden furniture, nice view.Bedroom: 1 double bed in 140, closet.Entrance hall with clearance.Bright living room with double sofa, TV 82 cm,Kitchen corner equipped, 3 electric lights, oven, hood, microwave, refrigerator + freezer compartment, washing machine...Bathroom with bath, separate toilet.Visitor parking in the residence.The pool is open from April to October.We accept holiday vouchers (depending on booking platform).Linen, towels and end of stay cleaning are not included, you can choose to include these services at the prices of: - limited use sheets for a bed in 90 : 10 €- Sheets limited use for a bed in 140 : 20 €- Household end of stay : 50 €Non-smoking accommodation."Our arrivals (in July and August only) will take place from Sunday to Sunday... less plugs, no trucks."
