Great for a weekend getaway. Walkable to many shops and restaurants. High enough to see the ocean. Recommend reserving beach chairs especially over holidays. We were turned away trying to bring our own due to capacity issue. Host was easy to work with.

Great communication with Cgeryl. Perfect location in between ALys and Rosemary Beach. You can walk to both places. Well kept, very comfortable for 2 people. Great views of the Gulf

Great studio in the center of all the action. You can access great parts in Alys and Rosemary Beach with ease. It’s all extremely walkable. We noticed coming and going from the property was also less congested than some of the other properties. The unit has everything you need and more!

Amazing views and access, walking distance to the beach and restaurants! Only issue during my stay was not understanding the check in process until realizing it was in my email after check in time. Then it turned out to be the easiest check in process ever! Will definitely plan to come back.

I fell in love with 30A in the late 80s and have loved coming down here over the years as our family has vacationed and grown up here. The white beaches and emerald waters never fail to take my breath away. Having a little place with such spectacular views is a true joy and we're happy to share it with others.

Why they chose this property

Having owned a 3rd floor unit in this wonderful location and enjoying the beautiful sunsets from the balcony, I jumped at the chance to purchase a fourth floor unit with greater Gulf views from the spacious balcony.

What makes this property unique

This is the best value for 1- 2 people looking to enjoy 30A, Alys, Seacrest and Rosemary Beach. You can walk to restaurants and shops in all three communities and the beach is just across the street. The fully-stocked kitchen allows guests to cook in the condo if they like and eat on the balcony with some of the best scenery on this stretch of the beach.
