Lake House with Multiple Decks and Large Swim Platform on Private Dock,

Easily sleeps 13 to 14 people
2nd floor has Master with King bed, 2nd bedroom has a Queen and Single bed, plus a bunk room with two bunk beds and a single bed (the bunk beds have a full on the bottom). First floor Bedroom has 2 Queen beds. The 2nd floor has a full bathroom with a tub, first floor has a full bathroom with a shower only. All four bedrooms plus great room have smart TV's. There is also a washer and dryer in the first floor utility room.
Large great room with full size dining table that seats six, side table that seats 4 and a small high top table that seats 2. Living room has two couches and one recliner. Includes whole home high speed WiFi that even works on the dock.
Linens and towels are provided.
Large spacious upper deck that includes bar-b-que pit, picnic table that seats six and a round table that seats four. There is a large lower deck as well that is accessible via stairs or ramps all the way to the dock. Swim Platform has a high dive with premium steps. There are two kayaks and a paddle boat on the dock available for use, plus a picnic table and several life jackets and floaties available for as well.
Located 12 miles from the strip and many local restaurants near by.
Adventure Boat Rentals is 5.7 miles away by car and three coves over by water.
Last mile is gravel road and some places are steep. house has 2nd floor entry direct from large parking area. The house is located at the end of the drive so no through traffic!

The House was very nice and the dock was perfect for relaxing and swimming in the lake. The host stopped by on the last day as we were checking out and was very nice. Next time I take a trip to Lake of the Ozarks I will definitely be reaching out!

My friends and I booked this house over Memorial Day weekend and it was perfect. Huge house, huge dock, and the owners were great! I highly recommend this property for any group or family wanting to visit.

My group and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. It was right on the water and that was the BEST part. It is very centrally located and easy access to business. The house has many things to do at the house to where you wouldn’t even have to leave. It was an amazing vacation and I would stay here again!

This cabin was perfect! Much bigger than I expected and fit my group perfectly. Had so many great activities and amenities, especially loved the dock with the paddle boat and kayaks. Host was very communicative and helpful. Only warning is that it is difficult for some cars to access it due to the steep gravel road. Thank you so much for the great stay!

We had a good time at this rental. Be aware that the road leading to it can be hard to navigate without four-wheel-drive if it has been raining. It was a nice, will furnished house.

Great Getaway!

The highlight of the stay was using the dock and the diving board. We spent a lot of our time in the water. Saw a lot of fish. Wasn't much boat traffic which made it easy to swim around. Highly recommend this listing.

Memorial Day

This place was a fun place for a large group. Lots of entertainment for kids and young adults. Location in and out was not idea given there were incredibly steep roads and gravel but overall fun weekend!

This is a privately owned lake house that has been used for years to entertain family and friends. Kids have since grown up and now looking to open it up to other family's to enjoy this beautiful location as we have.

Why they chose this property


All new updated kitchen. New appliances,quiet dishwasher, new cabinets all waiting to be enjoyed. Great lakefront visibility and room for having lots of fun. And it is located at the end of the drive so there is no thru traffic which makes it safe and quiet. We added the 2nd floor a while back to accommodate for the additional family and have recently remodeled the lower level so it has a great new/fresh look and feel. Our property also has both steps and ramps that go all the way from the house to the dock for the easiest access in bringing fun to the water.

What makes this property unique

We have an extra large dock and swim platform with a much larger covered area to be able to get out of the sun and to accommodate larger families with more room between the properties for a more open and safer swimming experience. It also has a picnic table on the dock for having lunch on the water.
