This charming 70 m² house in Brandivy can accommodate 4 people. It comprises a pretty 28 m² living room (with fireplace), an open-plan fitted kitchen, two good bedrooms, two shower rooms and two terraces to enjoy the fine weather. Wifi, bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you!
The accommodation comprises
Ground floor:
- A 28 m² living room with fireplace (wood provided), sofa, armchairs and dining area.
- An open-plan kitchen with appliances including: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, filter coffee machine, etc.
1st floor:
- Bedroom 1: queen-size bed (160x200).
- Shower room.
- Separate WC.
2nd floor:
- Bedroom 2: one queen-size bed (160x200) or two single beds (on request).
- Shower room and WC.
A rustic gîte, the living room and kitchen stay cool in summer and winter. In the cold season, you may prefer the Porte des moines gîte.
Outside:
- A first terrace of around 20 m², facing east and bordered by the walls of the old abbey.
- A second terrace of approx. 25 m², facing west, with a screen wall to the north and open to the west, not overlooked.

The house is ideally located in Brandivy, in very pleasant surroundings in the middle of the countryside, ideal for relaxing amongst the trees, in the grounds of the former Cistercian abbey founded in 1138. All the essential shops are nearby.

- Sights: Vannes (the ancient medieval city at the gateway to the Gulf of Morbihan), the Quiberon peninsula, the old town of Auray and the popular port of Saint-Goustan, the forests of Lanvaux, Fleuranges and Camors, the thousand-year-old town of Josselin...
- Sporting activities: walking, cycling and horse riding, accrobranche (tree climbing) in the Camors forest
- Cultural visits: megalithic sites (Carnac and its alignments), cruises on the Gulf of Morbihan (an inland sea dotted with islands and famous for its oysters), the Château de Suscinio...
- Gastronomic heritage: oysters, salted butter caramel, Quiberon niniches...

There is a communal outdoor car park at the entrance to the estate.
