This gorgeous property was so centrally located to all of our sightseeing and dining destinations. The house was beautiful and comfortable, and the backyard was absolutely fantastic! The landscaping and pool areas were so exceptional, we cut our sightseeing to half days to enjoy the classy backyard. We definitely recommend this 5-star destination!

We had such a wonderful stay for a couple of days! The property was absolutely beautiful, extremely clean, and very well maintained. The view of the water was gorgeous, and the entire area and surroundings were peaceful and relaxing.The pool and jacuzzi were amazing and definitely one of our favorite parts of the stay! The property owner was also fantastic—very responsive, helpful, and quick to answer any questions we had.We truly enjoyed our time here and would absolutely stay again. Highly recommend this property for anyone looking for a beautiful, relaxing waterfront getaway!

Very appointed home. It was perfect for me and my three adult sons and for each of us to have our own bedroom. The pool and spa are very well thought out. Beautiful patio and view of the canal.

The pool and Jacuzzi were very enjoyable. It was a beautiful home great location only thing we did not like where the censored lights inside the house beside that beautiful home and the VRBO host. Kevin was excellent.

Beautiful!

Amazing back yard to hang out in - plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms - comfy couches!! Pool table was fun too! Great location and wonderful communication from hosts.

Relaxing Oasis

This is a great well appointed property in a great location in South Tampa. The house was spacious and the outdoors was relaxing with great amenities all as pictured. We traveled with our two young sons and it was nice they had so much space to play both indoors and outdoors. The beds were comfortable and the layout allowed for privacy. There were good “staples” in the pantry which was appreciated (olive oil, salt and pepper). The owner was also incredibly responsive to the handful of questions we had. We will definitely be back.

Amazing hosts

We want to thank you so much for being such great hosts! Great location to get to many places around Tampa, including; Busch Gardens, soccer, football, baseball and lots of escape rooms. We booked the villa for 2 weeks and didn’t run out of things to do. Stephanie and Kevin’s response time to any questions was second to none. The villa is beautiful and we enjoyed many hours in the pool and hot tub. Everything we needed was in the kitchen and many herbs and spices too. We would not hesitate to come back.

Not as expected

This home is not as expected. The home owner failed to communicate the house rules prior to Check-in time. We did receive information indirectly, sent to our guest, not to us directly. Some of the house rules are as follows; we were asked not to drink red wine inside, we needed to feed their pet tortuous and do not touch the boat in the backyard. The house was not in rental condition. There were no smoke detectors within the home; none. Numerous broken and unstable paver/tiles in the backyard. While we were at our daughters graduation part of the ceiling molding fell and exposed moldy drywall that evidently was known after a recent air condition issue in the attic.
