We propose you to rent, on the heights of Roquebrune-sur-Argens, this splendid villa of standing of a surface of 300 m². With an exceptional sea view and located less than a kilometre from the beach, this property invites you to relax with its infinity pool and jacuzzi available all year round!
It can accommodate up to 8 guests and is composed of a bright living room, a fully equipped kitchen, four beautiful bedrooms, each with its own bathroom and an unobstructed outside view. You can also enjoy a garden of about 200 m² and two terraces facing south to enjoy the panorama.

The villa is composed as follows:
On the lower level :
- Swimming pool and bike room.
On the ground floor :
- A living room with large windows of 70 m² with TV, sofa, armchairs and a dining area.
- A fully equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, hotplates, coffee machine with integrated grinder...
- Bedroom 1, a master suite: a queen-size bed (160×200) and an en-suite bathroom and WC.
- Separate WC
On the first floor :
- Bedroom 2: a queen-size bed (160×200) and an en-suite shower room and WC.
- Bedroom 3: a queen-size bed (160×200) and an en-suite shower room and WC.
- Bedroom 4: a queen-size bed (160×200) and an en-suite shower room and WC.
All rooms have large windows opening onto a large terrace with a jacuzzi.

Outside :
- An infinity pool (private, not heated), open all year round, maintained weekly by a specialist, it has two functional alarms.
- A jacuzzi on the first floor terrace, available all year round, which can accommodate 4 to 6 guests.
- A beautiful garden of 200 m² on which is a first terrace exposed to the South with furniture to enjoy the beautiful days.
- A second terrace on the first floor to enjoy a sunbath after the jacuzzi, with furniture to enjoy the panorama that this villa will offer you.

For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, baby bed, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron.

The house is ideally located in Roquebrune-sur-Argens, in a very pleasant and quiet environment, overlooking the sea. You will be able to benefit from the proximity of all the essential shops as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets...

Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you will be able to park directly in the box on the ground floor which can accommodate two vehicles or in front of the box (2 parking).

As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful to you:
- Nearest train station: Saint-Raphaël train station located at approximately 28 minutes by car.
- Nearest airport: Nice Côte d'Azur airport located at about 1 hour by car.

Other remarks :
- In order to provide you with the most pleasant surroundings, we regularly require the services of a swimming pool attendant, mosquito killer and gardener. If necessary, please allow them access to the property.
- A civil security certificate will be requested on arrival at the accommodation.
- To ensure your safety, video surveillance cameras are installed throughout the property.
- Sheets and towels are included.
- The end of stay cleaning includes the preparation of the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave the accommodation in a clean and tidy condition and clean all appliances after use.
- Free Wifi available (fibre optic).
- Pets are not allowed in the accommodation.
