Everything was wonderful in this condo.We had everything we needed to stay for or month vacation.Beautiful pool and excellent staff that took care of the grounds around the property.Super clean and were a five minute walk to the beach.We definitely recommend this property!

Great location

All our expectations were met and more! We enjoy our stay here with a beach access close by and a 20 minutes walk to the 5th avenue. The condo is very confortable and very well situated in Playacar.

Nice apartment with spacious rooms, good beds, and a lovely pool surrounded by tropical wildlife. However, showers had poor water pressure, no dishwasher, and the gated community felt restrictive with constant wristband checks. Few local restaurants, overpriced hotels, limited beach access, and foul-smelling seaweed made the area less enjoyable despite the apartment itself being fine.

This was our first time in playacar and this Vrbo was perfect. The place was very clean, had good air conditioning and even though we didn’t use the kitchen, it was fully equipped and had purified water. The pool was clean and relaxing. We visited Xcaret Parks and the location was perfect for that. Playa del Carmen was also close by. Highly recommend.

Paradise in Playa Del Carmen Condo

We were in heaven the minute we walked into this luxury first floor condo in a tropical gated community that made us feel so safe. Each room was beautifully decorated & the unit was well stocked with everything you'd want & need.The pool was great & the location was close to the fabulous 5th Avenue. We highly recommend this gorgeous place, which was so reasonably priced & can't wait to return.

Beautiful apt.

Very beautiful apt. Close to most activities. Close to beach. Air conditioning. My family loved it here. We will definitely come back . Quinta ave is a short walk away. Simply beautiful place to stay. Very comfortable beds and living room. Thank you for allowing us to stay.

Pleasant stay at playacar

As promised and more. 5 people loafs of room. Quiet neighborhood even during holiday time, friendly staff, super clean. Lots of extra touches like beach chairs, umbrella cooler, laundry hampers, bathroom totes. Super comfy and super clean. Walking distance to beach. Would definitely recommend.

Fabulously Condo

Our stay at the condo and experience with Erin was the best we’ve had with an Airbnb or VRBO rental. The condo is exactly as the pictures show and was very clean and well stocked upon our arrival. We were very impressed with how quickly the property manager responded to all of our questions and needs.The location of the condo is ideal with beach access directly across the road. The entire complex is very well maintained with staff cleaning the pool and working on the grounds daily.I highly recommend a stay at Erin’s condo!!

Wonderful Accommodations!

What a great find! The place was exactly as pictured--comfortable, clean, nicely furnished, and quiet. The pool is big and surrounded by trees so it really feels tropical. The place was fully equipped and the internet worked perfectly. Erin responded quickly to all of my questions and made us feel welcomed. We had an issue with the stove and the property manager was there in 30 minutes to fix the problem. This was definitely the best VRBO experience we have had!

Beautiful, spacious, thoughtfully equipped & furnished

This is a beautiful, spacious, thoughtfully equipped & furnished condo. water was provided. The beds and pillows were super comfortable. It felt very welcoming. it was clear Erin wanted us to feel like we were staying at our own home. Access to the beach between 8am-6pm was a real plus. The only minus was that check out was at 11 am and the cleaning woman showed up at10:30 am. I let her know check out was 11, but she said she was told to come at 10:30 am So, a little uncomfortable having her walking around us, cleaning before we had finished with bathrooms, kitchen etc

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour et la disponibilité de madame Erin. Tranquillité exemplaire, Les chambres étaient grandes et propres. Les salles de bains sont un peu dépassées, la pomme de douche de la sdb en suite devra être changée. Un fauteuil de plus dans le séjour? La grand divan n'est pas confortable pour lire. Et, finalement, le four de la cuisinière au gaz n'a pas réussi à cuire des frites congelées.
