Our family enjoyed our time and loved staying at this house! It was so beautiful and immaculate! The boys loved the game room and the bathrooms are beautiful! Great location in the hideout. We will absolutely rent it again!

The large communal kitchen/living space was perfect for our friend group and very clean. The kitchen had everything we needed. The bedrooms and bathrooms were large; the beds and bedding were comfortable and well appointed. We were only there for a quick weekend off-season, so we were not able to explore the amenities available in this community. We did take long walks and went to the golf course clubhouse for a late lunch (friendly service and delicious pizza). Host was very thorough and responsive with communication.

Comfortable house with plenty of space for larger groups. Our group of 8 had plenty of room to spread out. Great, well-equipped eat-in kitchen with a large table. Lots of fun things to do in the basement area, like arcade and table-top games, movies, etc. The neighborhood and surrounding area are a lot of fun - lots to do, but also perfect if you want to stay in to relax. The hosts clearly communicated and were quick to respond to questions that came up during our stay.

Excellent house all as good or better than advertised. Host was very responsive and we actually didnt have one single thing to complain to him about. The kids absolutely loved everything especially the game room. We had a great stay. thank you

Nice fall stay

House is very nice. Plenty of room for 5 adults. Stayed mid Sept so did not use beach/pool but there were guest passes available. Check in/out stress free. Communication owner very prompt. Would rent again.

Memorial for my mother

We lost my mom in October. We did have a home in the hideout for Many years and would always celebrate her birthday March 1 at the Hideout we had a beautiful weekend and we thank you for sharing your wonderful home with us

Great property. The fussiness around the check-in process is goofy. There is zero or one bar service near the property yet they want to send details 15 minutes in advance. Just not smart. Not sure what kind of devices they think we have available to us. The vehicle registration process slows you down a bit but was fairly easy to complete for those staying with you. Guests for an hour or two visit are a different issue. I found it easier to have them park at a gate and go pick them up. They asked lots of questions of my one guest that he was not prepared to answer nor should he need to for a 2 hour visit. Just too fussy for us. We would look to stay outside the Hideaway if we intended to have day guests.

My 7 family members and I had the pleasure of staying here for a long weekend to celebrate my wedding at a nearby venue. The home was larger and more beautiful than we even anticipated. The master suite was privately located upstairs in the open loft. There were 3 bedrooms downstairs next to another full bathroom. The kitchen area was large and equip with basic necessities. The dining table was big enough to comfortably seat all of us for dinners. The basement was a unique space with big, comfortable couches, and additional bathroom, multiple tvs for entertaining, and fun arcade games that we all enjoyed. There was a screened in porch, that had a comfortable couch as well as a small dining table. Each bedroom had their own AC wall unit which was amazing! There was a community pool only 7 minutes away (I believe another one elsewhere too, but we only visited the one), and nice pickleball courts which we played at. The area was very private and quiet! The only other note I would give to potential future guests, is to be aware that I this is located in a very private and secure gated community. To get out to visit any stores, restaurants, etc nearby outside of the community, requires a long windy drive out of the area before you can get onto the main road. Realistically, the drive only took 5-10min depending, but it felt like forever because you cannot exceed 25 mph on the community roads. Overall, a great stay! The home was clean, modern, and well-kept. Would stay again.

The House is Great for Families!! There was 12 of us and we had space. Communication with owner was great even in the middle of the night. We will be staying in the Summer!!

Read Carefully

The property listing is misleading - the property only has 4 true bedrooms (door, window and closet) vs. the 5 bedroom home as listed. The bedroom with two singles is a daybed with a trundle so unless you have small children it’s not meant to be shared with another adult. Same with bonus room in the basement. This room also has a day bed with a trundle and isn’t a true bedroom. It doesn’t have a door nor a closet and very small. Others have to walk through this room to get to the basement open area with games. Again no door to close out the noise. Property wasn’t throughly cleaned before arriving. Spider webs throughout the location especially in the kitchen area. We had to wash all of the linen before using. Hair (mainly pet) in the sheets and blankets so if you’re allergic to pets this is not the location for you. Other issues - master bathroom toilet is very wobbly, shower floor is covered in rocks not comfortable at all, shower head is very low pressure, sofas in living room and basement are ripped and badly worn, etc.

House that will exceed all your expectations

Our group truly enjoyed this beautiful house. It’s very clean, very nice interior design, you can feel warm and cozy energy there. Hosts are amazing people. Very detailed, very responsive. Definitely would come here!
