Everything was perfect. We enjoyed putting the puzzle together (and finished it). We walked away with tons of laughs and memories. Thank you for sharing your home with us.
Property was amazing. Easy to get to town. Host was amazing to work with. This is a cabin to come and relax. Only thing that could be improved. Is a grill. We had 6 adults. And couldn’t cook 6 steaks at once.
Great stay! Only complaint was that it was extremely cold in the downstairs bedroom even when using the provided heater fan and the place could’ve used a good dusting. Definitely would stay there again.
Loved this cabin. So cute clean and homey. Only thing was most places we’ve stayed has left over spices or at the least salt and pepper. Minor issue I know. But we loved it
The cabin was just perfect for us. We were just 3 old guys (62) getting together to reminisce. We each had our own bed and bathroom (very nice), and we shot pool, watched some videos, and shared a few drinks and conversation. Priceless. We spent most of the time out on the deck laughing and catching up. I hope we can return to this very cabin one day in the near future. Thanks!!
Cabin was clean and updated. We loved the downstairs game room and family time there. Rooms we spacious and cozy.

10/10 would definitely book this rental in the future. The host were very on top of making sure every thing we made need was readily available upon my arrival.
Attentive host that responds promptly! Cozy atmosphere with fireplace and Christmas Tree! The cabin appears older and with more wear and tear than in pictures but that didn’t affect our stay. The floors could have been cleaner but I can overlook that as well. We had great space for extended family. The hot tub got warm fast. Location was convenient. We would stay again!
Great cabin with lots of room for our large family. The kids had a blast and it was a peaceful cabin to come back to after a long day.

Its great to hear the kids made memories and you had some time to relax a the same time. Sounds like the perfect vacation Josh! Thank you for staying with us and come back again soon!
The location is great to all the things Pigeon Forge! The drive is easy and the cabin is exactly as described. Our teen loved the pool table in the basement and all the kids loved the video games. Super easy to communicate with the owner. Would love to stay here again!
Our overall impression was a good one, the cabin was clean, well stocked, and the instructions for check-in and check-out were very clear. Everything we needed was available in the cabin, and we would consider this property on a return trip!

Hey Cheryl, So glad you found everything clean well stocked and nothing negative about the cabin. We would love to find out what we could have done to earn that 5th star. :)
Our family stayed at Bear Haven for a long weekend trip to Dollywood. We loved the cabin and had a great time. The cabin was close to everything we wanted to do and was an easy drive to and from town. We had 6 adults and 2 children (4 & 6) and there was plenty of room for everyone. The downstairs activity room was a huge hit with the pool table and the arcade game! The hot tub was a favorite as well. We really enjoyed out stay.
Everything was great. Would suggest lighting in the driveway, hard to see out there at dark and the basement stairs are slick, really needs some no slip pad things on them, had a few mishaps going down. 😂 overall highly recommend this cabin. Great location, close to everything.

Thanks for the great rating and your feedback. We repaired the light over the parking area as we were not aware that it was not operational. The stairs are built to code with normal indoor materials and handrails to support yourself when traveling up/down the stairs. Unfortunately no slip stick pads tend to peel and thus creating more worrisome hazard. Thanks again for staying with us.
The place needs a serious deep cleaning. There is dirt/dust everywhere you look. Possibly a mop that is not filled with the smell of mildew . The floors were filthy and the pans and pots were also, although the glassware clean . The space was adequate for our needs.

There was a very nice place and suitable for 12 people to stay at. The only down fall of this beautiful home was the creaky floor and no sound barrier between levels.
Very nice cabin, just as described. No issues with property. Good communication throughout. Easy drive to town with paved roads and no major hills to deal with but still felt like you were in the woods!
First off this cabin was listed as having 3 balconies, it did not have 3. It had 2. I can overlook that, its fine. However i cant overlook the swing on the porch that was falling out of the beams, the moldy shower curtains in all bathrooms, old food all over the floor in the dining room, dead bug on one of the end tables in the living room, the burned hole at the top of the fireplace with what looked like insulation coming out, one of the beds downstairs was so bad that my daughter had to go buy an air mattress and sleep on the floor because it hurt her back so bad, the bedroom on the top floor up the stairs was so hot my husband and I literally could barely breath so we had to go and buy fans just to be cool enough to sleep up there. This cabin was nasty and not a good place at all. Also the driveway is VERY dangerous to get out of because you have to back out of it. You cant see of anyone is coming down the hill when you back out and its really narrow. Plus getting out onto the road at the end of the driveway where the cabins are is dangerous and we almost got hit because you cant see if anyone is coming. Also the "fire pit" is taking up a lot of the driveway and there's nowhere for you to sit to even use it. Also the grill was absolutely disgusting, there is no way id use it. I dont recommend staying here at all. I did message them about it as soon as we got there and never heard back. Horrible and this is our first experience in any type of rental with Vrbo.

We are disappointed to read this review, particularly because none of these concerns were communicated to our team during your stay. We take guest concerns seriously. However, without being notified, we were never given the opportunity to inspect or resolve any of the items mentioned.
Our listing includes photographs clearly showing the cabin's two decks, Regarding the driveway, mountain properties can have different access conditions than guests may be accustomed to. This particular driveway has accommodated larger vehicles, including dually trucks and work vehicles, without issue. Navigating mountain roads and driveways may be unfamiliar or uncomfortable for some guests, but that does not necessarily make the property unsafe.
The concerns regarding cleanliness, maintenance, and comfort are certainly not the experience we strive to provide. Had these issues been reported, our team would have been happy to investigate and address anything requiring attention.
We also recognize that this was your first vacation rental experience. Unlike a traditional hotel, vacation homes are individually designed and situated, particularly in mountain destinations where driveways, elevations, and layouts can vary significantly. We encourage guests to review listing photographs and property details carefully and, most importantly, communicate with their property manager whenever something does not meet expectations.
While we respect every guest's right to share their experience, we believe it is important to clarify that our team received no communication regarding these concerns during your stay. We cannot address issues we are unaware of, and we regret that we were not given the opportunity to assist before these claims were shared publicly.
