Charming 2 bedroom apartment located in the center of Cannes, renovated in 2022 with taste by interior designer.
It is located within walking distance of the Palais des Festivals (ideal for MIPIM, Film Festival, Cannes Lions, MAPIC, ILTM, etc) and is also perfect for family vacations.
It has two bedrooms with double beds and a large living room with a fully equipped open plan kitchen (Nespresso coffee machine, dishwasher, hotplates, refrigerator).
Living room with dining table, sofa, TV and Wi-Fi in the whole apartment.
1 bathroom with shower (at the end of the passage to a bedroom) and 1 separate toilet on the living room side.
Two portable air conditioners are available in the apartment, no fixed air conditioning.

You will be a few minutes away from restaurants, shops, supermarkets, beaches, train and bus station. Nice area, close to everything!

Всем привет. Квартира заслуживает общую оценку ХОРОШО! Есть ньюансы, но для кого то это может быть не важным. Например нет лифта, 4 этаж, узкая лестница, я ,мужик, один и четыре огромных чемодана. Как то так )))

Had a wonderful time

The apartment is lovely! New, super clean, comfortable, exactly as described in the pictures. The owners were super helpful and super quick to respond to any queries. I can't recommend the place enough.
