Nice hosts but mould in bottom apartments

The place was nice and friendly hosts. The kitchen was old and mouldy and wardrobes old and smelly. The mattresses very uncomfortable but got exchanged in our apartment immediately after our complaint.

We're sorry to hear your feedback, although we must clarify a few important points. You only stayed in one of the ground floor apartments, and there is absolutely no mold. With the current dry and very warm weather, the claim of mold is simply not realistic. In fact, during the summer, the ground floor apartments are among the most requested by our guests, as they naturally cool and comfortable. We've hosted hundreds of guests every year and consistently receive excellent reviews. Our apartments are clean, carefully maintained and regularly inspected. We did our best to assist you, but it was unfortunately very difficult to meet your expectations.

Ich war mit meiner Familie (5 und 7 Jahre alte Kinder) eine Woche hier. Das komplette Areal ist sehr gut gepflegt und auch sehr ruhig und idyllisch gelegen, mit einem überragenden Pool und vielen tollen Pflanzen.Wir haben hier öfter gekocht in der gut ausgestatteten Küche und auch zweimal gegrillt. Via Fußweg sind wir auch ein paar mal in das schöne Städtchen Campiglia Marittima zum Essen gegangen. Verschiedene schöne Strände sind mit dem Auto bequem zu erreichen und auch sonstige Sehenswürdigkeiten gibt es in näherer Umgebung. Als zusätzlichen Benefit gibt es auch ein kleines Fitnessstudio, Tischkicker und Tischtennisplatte. Stefano und Chris haben uns sehr herzlich empfangen und haben sich sehr toll um uns gekümmert. Zusammenfassend war es für uns ein sehr erholsame und abwechslungsreiche Woche - wir können die Unterkunft sehr empfehlen :)

Perfekt für Familienurlaub

Eine kleine Oase in der Toskana mit wunderbarem Pool und Blick ins Grüne. Die Apartments sind einfach eingerichtet aber zweckmäßig. Die Gastgeber sind immer ansprechbar und sympathisch. Wunderbar ist die nahegelegenen mittelalterliche Stadt Campiglia.

Wunderbar!

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub in der Oasis Residence.Die Lage ist perfekt,um Toskana-Ausflüge mit Strandurlaub zu kombinieren (per Auto)-und am Abend jeden Tages haben wir den tollen Pool genossen. Die Gastgeber kümmern sich perfekt um alles und sind sehr herzlich.Das erste Mal,dass ich es mir vorstellen kann, ein weiteres Mal an einen Urlaubsort zu fahren. :-)
