The Salt Villa was extraordinary. The Salt pool was incredible to dip in after a day at the beach. The bedrooms were wonderfully cool for restful sleep. The sunrises in the morning w a Nespresso was breathtaking. We enjoyed spotting iguanas and the well stocked kitchen for meals at home. Our stay was a pleasure!!!

We’ve been coming to St Martin for years and we loved the layout of this home. Of course the view was great. Close to grocery, great dining in Grand Case, and Cul-de-Sac for the Pinel Island ferry. The home was well equipped and had everything we ever needed. The managers were very quick to respond to messages. They also provided a lot of information about the home about a month ahead of our arrival, which was very helpful. And, there was a cleaning service every other day. We absolutely loved it!!!

Wonderful first time on Saint Martin

Villa the SALT was the best introduction to Saint Martin that we could have had. The villa itself was spotless and remain so with the frequent cleaning crew. We had everything we needed, and more, at this very comfortable and well located villa. I can't say enough good things about Laure, who saw to our every need, always available.

Everything was perfect!

This was the perfect villa and location for our family get-together with four adult couples in early April. The multi-level panoramic view of the salt pond and Orient Bay surrounded by hills is breathtaking, and constantly changing with the time of day. The gentle warm breeze on the patio is addictive. The infinity pool and jacuzzi are very private. Sunrises are gorgeous.Each of the 4 bedrooms is private and very comfortable, with king beds, its own view, and a private bathroom, and A/C. The whole home is very clean with included housekeeping every other day.The kitchen is large, modern, and well supplied, even for a group of eight adults. All needed appliances are there, plus some.There are several indoor and outdoor living, sitting, and eating areas. Each one is comfortable and well-suited for its different purpose. Large TV's in each room, but we didn't need them - too much to do. The wi-fi works great.The geographic location allows quick access to several beautiful beaches and a quick drive to Grand Case, Marigot, and Philipsburg.The owner, Laure, is very friendly, accommodating, welcoming, and always available via text for any questions or recommendations.I searched online for several hours to find and choose this villa, which was even better than expected. We had a perfect family get-together. Thank you, Laure! : )
