Very nice place to stay

It was a great experience overall! The property was very clean and it was a super easy check in process. The privacy fence was great to have with our puppy and the firepit was a great addition. The property was just as described. The property manager was very prompt to reply and was very accomidating and kind. If you are looking for a place to stay near Colorado Springs I highly recommend.

House was fine, location was terrible

First the positives: David was super responsive. Like probably one of the most responsive hosts I’ve interacted with. There was also parking in the driveway. The check in and check out processes were super smooth too. The neutral: the house itself was fine. Nothing to write home about, but it was clean. They had the basic necessities & amenities. We could only find 3 towels tho. The negatives: super busy street. Literally constant loud road noise, sounded like drag racing right out front at 2 am both nights. This was made worse by the fact you can’t close the windows due to the in window ac units. The radon system also was very loud and rattled the windows in the bathroom and bedrooms. It’s really due to these issues that we lowered the overall rating. There is also a downstairs tenant or someone downstairs that slammed the doors a couple times on Friday night. They seemed to leave late Fri and were gone all weekend, but with a toddler, the door slamming was startling and not great. Overall: if you’re hoping to sleep at all, I’d recommend a different place.

House checked all of the boxes

This property is located in a residential neighborhood less than a 5 minute drive from downtown. It is walking distance to Memorial Park where the hot air balloon festival is held on Labor Day weekend. There are laundry facilities. Little extras were nice including shampoo, tissues, laundry detergent and some basic cooking items like salt and pepper. I would definitely recommend.
