The house was clean and spacious. The adults enjoyed playing cards around the dining room table and the kids LOVED all the games downstairs. There were tons of great restaurants nearby. The owner was very helpful with his communication.

The owner was great to work with, the area was very nice, and the house was nice and clean. The only thing that kept me from giving it a 5 star rating was I felt the kitchen could have been stocked better. It wasn't bad, but could be improved. Thank you for everything. We had a wonderful trip.

Felt at home and in a great spot

Had a small group of young adults in town for an annual local athletic event, which happened to be based across the street! Convenient location if you're looking for a quiet but still relatively centrally located house, good for a few couples or a friend group. Great access to all the parks, recreation, and other activities close to the foothills. Responsive, kind, flexible host who let us stay a slight bit over. Would love to stay again , felt like home

Colorado Spring Bliss

Awesome Place to stay. Quick communication with Matthew. He was very helpful and he made sure we felt right at home. Well furnished home. Great experience for first timers. So close to everything. Words coming straight from my cousin's mouth: It was great to be honest I would rent it again next time I go if it's available,no doubt.

Great stay in the Springs with a great Centralized Location

This place is in a great spot in the Springs. You'll be close to most attractions and you're right next to the Broadmoor. The home was clean overall and the Kitchen was stocked with everything you need. The basement was great with the Arcade (played my childhood games) and the Ping Pong/Air hockey/pool table was great as well. Matt reached out to me and conveyed all needed information and was very friendly. I'd recommend staying here!

Excellent home for vacation!

We really enjoyed the home. It was comfortable and met all of our needs. The house is centrally located and therefore made getting to local activities easy. It came with everything we needed for the week and we additionally took advantage of the amenities such as the ping-pong table, arcade game, TV, etc.. I also can't say enough about our contact for the property who was very responsive when needed and readily answered any questions when they arose. We would definitely stay here again should we return to the Springs for another visit.

Colorado Getaway

Our realtor was wonderful and very responsive. He quickly responded to our questions. He had a lot of suggestions as to where to travel. He also provided us with a lot of basic items which made traveling from a longer distance easier. The video games and ping pong table were a big hit for our family. That being said, this older home needs a little love. There were a few problems with the electricity and we had to reset the fuse a few times. All in all , we definitely enjoyed our stay here.

Good location

Pros: close to Manitou Springs, downtown, Pikes Peak, & Garden of the Gods. Spacious house & kitchen. Cons: needed further cleaning before we checked in. The floors were dirty. Some of the gaming equipment was in the laundry room covered with dust. Please purchase a new a new coffee maker, it was a pain to use and they aren’t very expensive. The trash can enclosure needs a new gate; very difficult when taking out the trash.

The property was not clean. In the kitchen a cabinet was missing. I have to clean the dust of the night tables and tables in the living room since they filled with dust. In general my feeling was that the property was not ready to receive the guest. Thank you, Grace

Awesome family home in quiet neighborhood yet near tourist spots

We spent two nights in this wonderful home. The layout of the house allows for good separation for adults upstairs while leaving a great game area and crash zone in the basement. For our visit, we were able to have great conversation while playing pool in the basement then later could hangout in the comfortable TV room upstairs while casting the streaming video from my iPad to watch the 2nd round of NBA playoffs. We were pleased with the well-stocked and easy-to-accces supplies for both large bathrooms as well as blankets and pillows for the large bedrooms. Likewise, cooking meals in the kitchen was easy thanks to the ample cooking items, utensils and dishes. A pleasant surprise was to discover a one-of-a-kind ice-cream/coffee shop just a short walk across 8th Ave where I enjoyed a white mocha double espresso with a scoop of vanilla ice cream -- yummy! We look forward to a future opportunity to visit this home again in the future with additional family in-tow!

First time in CO was great!

This place was awesome for my family! Kids loved the game room and I loved all the space. Good location. There is another unit next to it but they mind their own. Matt sent me his personal number which was much easier to communicate that way. Really enjoyed the stay, can't wait to be back soon!

Nice house in great location

The manager was very responsive. House was clean. Kids loved the game room in the basement. We were there to visit Pike's Peak and Garden of the Gods, and this is in a nice location where we're less than 20 minutes away.

The best VRBO ever

Very clean, very updated interior, it had plenty of room, the owners were very responsive and friendly. Besides the large living room, there was a really well-thought-out game room. And the location was super convenient for getting to a variety of places without having to travel very far. We absolutely loved it!!
