Location could not have been better

The house was wonderfully maintained, comfortable and clean on the inside. One child is temporarily handicapped and uses a walker and wheelchair. There was plenty of space for the walker, and he would also hop from place to place as a game. I only cooked a few times, but the kitchen is fairly well equipped with lots of spice options. We didn't use the outdoor area. There were lots of weeds. There is a hiking/walking trail my husband did make use of. Beware the trail is also weedy and he got poison oak somewhere on that trail. Location here is quite wonderful. Because you are downtown there are many close options for eating out, sightseeing, shopping, etc. There is a binder with quite useful information with shopping/ eating/ sightseeing recommendations. After a long day out it was nice coming back to rest in a place that was close, cozy and welcoming.

Huge health and safety concerns

The property was not cleaned at all prior to our arrival. There was menstrual blood on sheets of main bedroom, used towels and trash about the place. The lock code was printed inside of home and was not changed for our stay, making it feel like someone was still in the house or any previous guest could walk in at any moment. We left immediately after check-in and contacted the host for these health and safety concerns. The host was slow to respond to these issues but offered to send cleaners and someone to change the lock codes for us. This was never followed up with and we never received the new lock code to re-enter the building. We paid full price for 4 days and could not even stay a single night. Vrbo and owner have been extremely slow to help us with no resolution to this yet.

Cute house in the springs

Cute 3bedroom was exactly what we needed. Central location- easy check in. Great full kitchen and small family room area. Great communication with host. We would return!

Great Location

I loved the house it was perfect for our stay & a great location, everything was a couple minutes away. The host was very communicative as well. I would love to stay here again.
