This duplex loft will seduce you with its volumes, its spaces dedicated to everyone and for every moment of your vacation! Dining area with a patio door giving access to a large balcony. A TV lounge area for a moment of relaxation and 2 sleeping areas with 1 bed of 140 in one and 2 single beds in the second for a saving rest after a busy day! Private parking in front of the chalet. Key box allowing you to check in independently. Your well-behaved pet will be welcomed with pleasure in our loft. Numerous hiking and mountain biking trails from the chalet in summer, the ski slopes in winter and DH mountain biking in summer at 2.5 km and all year round, the proximity of Flaine (30 min), Samoens and Sixt Fer-à-Cheval (35 to 45 min), Chamonix (45 min), Annecy, Geneva, the shores of Lake Geneva and its emblematic village of Yvoire (1 hour)... Countless activities to discover our beautiful region!
