we enjoyed Corsica! Perfect place to stay

Happy with our choice: nice spacious appartment, fully equipped, good pool. Owner Laurent is very friendly and enthousiast, gave us good recommendations (restaurants! things to do on the island). the location was perfect for us: INLAND, so, near the woods (cool, green, Corsica smells nice) and quiet, but then also various great beaches within driving distance. Nice towns nearby, evening markets, museum of Aleria, we did the beaches, cannyoning, hiking, more beaches, universitytown Corte etc. etc. And at the end of the day: a dive in the spacious pool. All good fun, and Laurent is always helpful with everything.

It is a reslly great place to stay. Beautiful house and all one needs close by.

We really enjoyed our stay. The house (we had the flat on the 1st floor) is beautiful: ocean view, a big pool (which our kids used whenever we were at home), different balconies, for breakfast and dinner and a lot of space for a family. The mediterranian architecture and the air condition kept it cool even at 38 degrees Celsius outside. I personally found the location quite good. 7.5 km to the next beach (run to it quite a view times in the morning), very close ( approx. 400 m) from the mare a mare hiking track and 5 minutes to the next supermarket (Utile in Abbazia). It is also close enough to the route national if one wants to go further south. But everything would not have been half as good without our landlord/caretaker Laurent. Laurent is really a great person. He was always available and tried to help whereever he coulf (no matter if there are problems with the WLAN, one needs advice for a daytrip or just needed help ordering a pizza because nobody understand English at the pizza place. Big thanks to him.

Sehr schöne Woche in ruhiger entspannter Umgebung

Großzügige Etagenwohnung mit großer übedachter Terrasse und Meerblick sowie ruhiger Lage haben zu einem entspannten Urlaub beigetragen. Zudem laden ein großer Pool mit Jacuzzi zum Entspannen ein. Die Wohnung ist perfekt ausgestattet. Dr Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Insgesamt ein guter Ort um sich wohl zu fühlen.

Meine Familie und ich waren eine Woche im schönen Haus von Laurant, dabei hatten wir die obere Wohnung. Die Wohnung war super sauber und geräumig, lag schön am Hang mit tollen Blick auf das Meer und den tollen Pool:) Laurant ist ein toller Gastgeber, er nahm sich immer Zeit und gab uns großartige insider tipps für Lokale und Plätze, welche wir selbst nie gefunden hätten:). Es war ein wirklich toller Aufenthalt

Erholung und Natur pur

Danke an Laurent, der uns bei unserem ersten Aufenthalt auf Korsika mit Rat und Tat zur Seite stand und bei Fragen jeglicher Art behilflich war. Besonders nett waren auch die Begegnungen und kleinen Gespräche mit seiner Mutter Evelyn, ein herzensguter Mensch und mit ihrem kleinen Terrier Noisette, von dem unsere Tochter verzaubert war . Die Lage des Grundstückes ist ländlich und weg vom großen Trubel, Ruhe und Natur pur zum Erholen. Die nächsten Strände sind gut in zehn bis 30 Minuten Fahrzeit zu erreichen. Besonders empfehlenswert fanden wir den Plage de Canella mit super schönem Sand, Wasser und gutem Mittelklasse -Restaurant. Eine gute Lage für Erkundungen der gesamten Ostküste....besonders unser Ausflug nach Bonfacio (Fahrzeit ca. 1h15) war es die Fahrt wert....eine zauberhafte Stadt mit tollem kleinen Hafen, Grotten und netter Altstadt. Abenteuerlich war unser Ausflug Richtung Chisa zum Flussbaden, wobei wir eine ziemlich schmale Bergstrasse aufwärts fuhren. Für Leute mit Höhenangst lieber nur bis zur ersten Brücke fahren, parken und von dort aus laufen oder gleich dort im Fluss baden. Herrliches kühles, klares Wasser. Wir hatten das Apartment im ersten Stock, was sehr hübsch, funktionell und gut ausgestattet war. Allerdings muss man sich darauf einstellen, dass die Klimaanlage nur im vorderen Bereich der Wohnung gut funktioniert. Der hintere Teil zur Terrasse hin bleibt hingegen ziemlich warm und somit auch eines der Schlafzimmer und Bäder. Ansonsten haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Alles was man braucht ist vorhanden, danke noch an Laurent für das kleine Willkommenspresent. Für einige Küchengeräte wäre eine kleine Grundreinigung zu empfehlen, ansonsten alles sehr sauber. Die Terrasse und der Pool waren das Highlight und .....für die Terrasse empfiehlt es sich allerdings wegen der Wespen im Hochsommer keine Fleisch- oder Obstspeisen zu verzehren. Die Aussicht und die Landschaft mit ihrer Vielfältigkeit sind wunderschön und wir haben unsere täglichen Spiele- oder Chillabende sehr genossen. Rundum ein gelungener Urlaub. Korsika ist trotz der langen Anreisezeit eine Reise wert.

Location très agréable et bien équipée avec piscine spacieuse et spa

Nous avions réservé l'appartement au 1er étage qui comporte deux terrasses avec des expositions différentes. Nous avons bien profité de la piscine spacieuse et du spa. Bien qu'elle était partagée, nous étions le plus souvent seuls à la piscine. Villa calme à 15 mn environ de la mer. Très bon accueil de Laurent qui nous a donné de nombreux conseils de balades, restaurants, baignades en rivière, randonnées.

Wir hatten die große Wohnung in der ersten Etage. Wir können wirklich nichts negatives berichten. Die Wohnung ist hervorragend ausgestattet. Das Haus in einer wirklich ruhigen Lage. Der Pool ist sehr sauber. Wir können sowohl Laurent als auch die Villa nur weiterempfehlen.

Nous avons passé d'excellentes vacances dans cet appartement, le cadre y est magique, au calme avec une vue à 360 degrés, entre mer, montagnes et rivières, nos trois semaines n'ont pas été suffisantes pour faire tout ce qu'il y avait à faire. M. Colo participe grandement à la qualité de ce logement, grâce à sa bonne humeur et à tous ses conseils : Rando, Restau, Visites, Plages et Rivières. La piscine est la cerise sur le gâteau, rien ne manque. Vacances parfaites...

Spacious apartment with great views and superb pool.

The accommodation was spacious and flexible with terraces to catch the sun at any time of day. However, the apartment's crowning glory was the pool and its spectacular views of sea and mountains. The location is ideal for secluded beaches and mountain walks, historical sites and good restaurants. Ghisonaccia provides good shops and all the amenities you could want. But if you can't find anything Laurent is on hand with helpful tips and useful local information.

Sehr ruhige Lage am Hang, mit weitem Blick über die Ebene zum Meer.

Die Wohnung im Obergeschoss entsprach absolut unseren Erwartungen. Äußerst hell mit tollen Ausblicken und absolut geräumig. Wir fanden den großen gepflegten Pool toll und zum Bahnenschwimmen gut geeignet. Das Haus ist sicher, da die Einfahrt immer verschlossen ist. Ohne Auto jedoch nicht nutzbar und zu Fuß zum Supermarkt wäre dann eine Wanderung. Dafür absolut ruhig, nur „tierische“ Geräusche, top Laurent als Vermieter ist bei Bedarf immer zur Stelle, hat tolle Tips für Unternehmungen und ist ein sehr liebenswerter Mensch.

un cadre magnifique pour se ressourcer !

Entre mer et montagne, la propriété de M. COLO , située dans cadre verdoyant, nous a permis de profiter pleinement de nos vacances. Un appartement clair et spacieux, doté de terrasses bien exposées, une grande piscine chauffée à 26 - 27 °C, dont nous avons bénéficié presque pour nous seuls, nous ont permis de profiter au maximum de l'arrière saison. Les plages sont néanmoins à proximité ainsi que de nombreuses possibilités de ballades. Merci à M. COLO pour son accueil et ses conseils ainsi que pour sa gentillesse, sa discrétion et sa grande disponibilité.

Toller Urlaub

Das Haus und die Anlage waren sehr gepflegt und sauber. Der Vermieter hat sich stets um alles gekümmert und war sehr hilfsbereit, auch Tipps für Ausflüge und Restaurants betreffend. Die Insel ist wundervoll und man kann die unterschiedlichsten Dinge unternehmen (Wandern, Canyoning, Strand oder Städte besichtigen oder einfach am Pool faulenzen). Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und einen wundervollen Urlaub verbracht. Das Feriendomizil und die Gegend können wir wärmstens empfehlen.

Ruhige Lage mit top Aussicht, 6x12m Pool und nettem Vermieter

Wir haben die FeWo im Obergeschoss des Haupthauses für 2 Wochen gemietet. Es handelt sich um eine sehr großzügige Wohnung mit zwei Schlafzimmern, zwei Bädern, Küche und zwei tollen Terrassen mit einem klasse Blick und Ferne und auf das Meer. Der Pool (6x12 m und 1,5m tief) ist absolut klasse und steht nur den FeWo Bewohnern zur Verfügung. Absolut ruhige Lage. Hin und wieder mal ein Militärjet zu hören, da Korsika über einen Militärflughafen in Travo verfügt. Der Vermieter Laurent Colo ist sehr nett und absolut hilfsbereit. Er gibt Auskünfte über Reiseziele und kümmert sich um Reservierungen, wenn gewünscht. Laurent spricht gut Englisch. Der nächste Supermarkt ist ca. 5 Minuten mit dem Auto entfernt. Der nächste Bäcker ca. 8 Minuten mit dem Auto. Zum Meer braucht man mit dem Auto ca. 10 Minuten, ein gut erreichbarer Strand ist in Ghisonaccia, entweder über einen der Campingplätze oder den Strand Pinia. Ein toller Natursandstrand mit Pinienwald. Wir werden wieder kommen :-)

Un séjour délicieux dans un endroit merveilleux. Appartement de qualité, piscine exceptionnelle.

Dans un écrin de verdure, au calme, on a tout apprécié : la piscine, le confort et l’agencement de notre appartement, les repas pris sur l’une ou l’autre des deux terrasses selon le soleil et l’heure de la journée. Petit déjeuner à l’ombre côté montagne sous le vol majestueux des milans et le décor incroyable de l’horizon montagneux corse. Déjeuner et dîner sur la grande terrasse avec vue sur la mer, la piscine et la plupart du temps cet air qui vient adoucir la chaleur ambiante de la journée. Les soirées sont plus fraîches nécessitant à l’occasion une petite Dans un écrin de verdure, au calme, on a tout apprécié : la piscine, le confort et l’agencement de notre appartement, les repas pris sur l’une ou l’autre des deux terrasses selon le soleil et l’heure de la journée. Petit déjeuner à l’ombre côté montagne sous le vol majestueux des milans et le décor incroyable de l’horizon montagneux corse. Déjeuner et dîner sur la grande terrasse avec vue sur la mer, la piscine et la plupart du temps cet air qui vient adoucir la chaleur ambiante de la journée. Les soirées sont plus fraîches nécessitant à l’occasion une petite laine, ce qui rend la récupération de la nuit bien plus aisée. Une très belle plage, les courses sont à moins d’un quart d’heure de la location en voiture. Les ballades et les animations sont nombreuses dans la région. On en a pleinement profité tout en conservant des moments de détente totalement agrémentés par la douceur du cadre et de l’équipement de la location. Le propriétaire, Laurent, est aux petits soins et toujours prêt à régler un problème matériel ou à flécher l’une des nombreuses ressources de la région (restaurants, visites, baignades en mer ou en rivière, l’achat de produits régionaux…). Pour conclure, une totale satisfaction de notre séjour de deux semaines, à quatre, dans ce lieu qui réunit les avantages de la mer, de la campagne et de la montagne. Un grand merci à Laurent et c’est sûr : nous reviendrons !

Goed verzorgde woning met zeer attente beheerder.

De woning (bovenwoning in het grote huis) is zeer aangenaam en compleet ingericht. De foto's op de website geven de situatie uitstekend weer. What you see is what you get. De eigenaar is zeer attent en behulpzaam en spreekt, naast Frans, prima Engels. We hebben erg genoten van het zwembad en de omgeving.

Un havre de paix

Le gîte de monsieur Colo répondra à toutes vos attentes. C'est un point central idéal pour découvrir la côte Est de la Corse. La location correspond exactement aux photos du site. L'appartement de l'étage est spacieux, propre et décoré avec goût. La vue est tout simplement SUBLIME !!! Monsieur Colo est un hôte accueillant, disponible et de très bons conseils pour les sites à visiter et les endroits pour se restaurer. Location à conseiller sans réserve.
