Immaculate property and rooms. Kim takes great pride in the property and her job- absolutely prompt and a big help for things to do in Marathon. We actually planned our entire itinerary around her suggestions. Thank you, Kim! Check in and out couldn't have been more convenient.

We loved this property! A small community with our own pool on site. Staff was great and fun meeting others staying on the property. Perfect place to watch the sunrise too!

Great spot!

My husband and I took a long weekend away for our anniversary and Nautical Charm was perfect! Easy to communicate with hostess and beautiful quiet little spot! We will be back for sure!

We had a great stay with Kim’s suggestions of local restaurants and things to do in area. Kim is very quick responding to questions. Enjoyed sunsets at Sunset Beach Park.

We had a wonderful time and listing had everything they said they would have. Quiet, peaceful, relaxing and our host Kim was fantastic! Definitely will go again. Great rooms and very clean.
