Improper house,avoid it if you want a carefree holiday

I booked this house and paid it full in advance 3 months before arrival day for a group with 8 persons. 5 hours before check-in ,we have been informed by the property that there is no reservation for us !!! Unbelievable!! So we had ( with 2 babys ) to find another house after an 16 hours tiring ride.We STRONGLY do not recommend this property.
