Having 4 bedrooms, each having their own baths made it a great cabin to rent for a family with adult children!

Thank you so much for your kind words! We’re thrilled to hear that you enjoyed your stay with us. We completely understand that the steep roads can be a bit intimidating for some guests, and we appreciate you mentioning it. Your feedback means a lot, and we’re grateful for your support!
The cabin itself was pretty nice. The pictures need to be updated as there was a broken laundry room door, a broken chair outside, one of the doors wouldn’t lock, and no swing as advertised. One of the gutters had fallen off during the last night of our stay and was being held by a power line. Additionally, my 12 year old son went to look for chalk for his pool stick and found a marijuana pipe that still had substance in it. A little disappointing considering how much I paid to stay there.
We had a great time here! The cabin is older, but very well taken care of. The drive up to the cabin was not as bad as some we’ve done; there were only a few times that this flat-land, Indiana gal said, “Oh Lord.” The price was great and the quick responses to any questions I had was amazing! I highly recommend!

Air conditioning did not work until the night before our departure, downstairs shower leaked into bathroom floor, downstairs bathroom faucet leaked, upstairs balcony had 2 broken patio chairs. Poor effort at maintaining property!
The cabin was great for our annual trip. The amount of bedrooms were perfect for our group, and each bedroom having an attached bathroom was definitely a bonus! The cabin was clean. The location of the cabin was great as we like being close to town and the National Park. We had bears at the cabin each night, which was another bonus! My only recommendation would be that the brush in front of the cabin needs to be trimmed so that the view could be more clear. Overall, the cabin was perfect, and we will book again!

It’s great to hear that the cabin was perfect for your annual trip and that the layout worked well for your group! We’re thrilled you enjoyed the close proximity to town and the National Park, along with the bear sightings. Thank you for the suggestion about the brush – we’ll definitely consider it to improve the view. We appreciate your kind words and look forward to hosting you again!
We used the cabin to have a reunion of friends from the Army. We had a wonderful time. Much too short.

Fun getaway above Gatlinburg. Each bedroom having a separate bathroom helps with busy family times.
The roads are small and steep. With snow they would be dangerous without AWD.

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience with us, Vincent! We're glad to hear you and your family had such a great stay, and we would love to host you and your family again in the near future!
All in all, a nice stay as expected. The only complaint was that we specifically looked for a cabin with a fireplace since it was winter. We booked because of this one showing a fireplace but the day before arrival, we were notified that the fireplace was not operable which was very disappointing. The hot tub was not the cleanest. However, the company was kind enough to work with our group to reschedule to another weekend since our family came down with Covid. We very much appreciated the assistance with rescheduling.

It means a lot to us that you took the time to share this, and we truly appreciate your understanding. It’s incredibly disappointing to hear about the fireplace and hot tub, especially when those details were important to your stay. We’re so glad we could help your group with rescheduling, and it’s great to know you still had a nice visit overall. Thank you again for your kind words and for giving us the chance to make it work.
The property was conveniently located, spacious, and great for entertainment. The decor is a bit dated, but clean with a cabin vibe.
Our party of eight adults all enjoyed their stay. We came In close proximity of a bear a couple of times. There is possibly one living under the house
We all slept comfortably. The front main floor bedroom bed frame was a painful issue for and my husband however. We both banged out shins on the unnecessarily large frame corners, and in the middle of the night I managed to bang my shin and take out a significant chunk of flesh off of my right leg.
I would recommend a stay here. Just watch for bears and watch your shins.

We’re so glad to hear that the spacious layout and entertainment options were enjoyable. It’s concerning to learn about the experience with the bed frame and the proximity of pests near the property. Thank you for sharing this feedback—it’s important to us as we work to improve every stay. We deeply regret the discomfort caused by the bed frame and will assess it to prevent further incidents. While we encourage guests to enjoy the surrounding nature, safety is always a priority, and we appreciate your caution. Your kind recommendation is greatly appreciated, and we’ll use your insights to enhance future stays. We look forward to welcoming you back for another cozy and relaxing visit!

Overall Review
Property location was great!!! Each bedroom had attached bathroom, which was a plus, but shower fixtures were outdated and one bathroom had no working vent. All bedrooms had TVs, which was a plus. Upstairs air conditioner not working upon arrival, but maintenance took care of issue quickly! Nice hot tube and outdoor decks, but view limited due to overgrown trees and bushes. Many areas looked dusty and dirty, including fans in bedrooms and bathrooms. Old contacts and dog hair found in sheets. Pillows were uncomfortable and bedding looked dirty. Shower curtain in downstairs bedroom was taken from upstairs window curtain. Numerous bear walked though yard during the stay, which was great! Would stay again if updates were made and conditions were cleaner.

We are pleased to hear that you had a great stay with us overall, Kari. We truly appreciate your honest feedback and are so sorry you experienced issues with overgrown trees and landscaping, dust, lackluster cleaning, and items in need of updating. This does not meet our standards, and we are working diligently to make sure each of these items are addressed. We're glad to hear that you had a bear sighting, this is one of the many highlights of the Smokies and we're glad that you were able to experience this. Thank you so much for reaching out honestly, and we look forward to hosting you again in the future.
Great location, 4wheel drive helpful, needs cleaning/maintenance.
This is a great cabin design in a great location. But it seems to be a bit neglected. It needs quite a bit of maintenance, the sliding doors were broken allowing a 1" gap to outside. The curtains appeared to have been melted somehow and not quite big enough. The shower wouldn't drain and the doors were broken. The extra blankets were wadded up on a shelf. There were cobwebs all over the entry door and porches for awhile and inside the windows and sliding door jams. The floor appeared clean but the kids feet were quickly black. The house had quite a bit of damage from dogs on the entry doors and other interior doors. The coffee table was so wobbly my husband had to tighten it for the kid's safety. The refrigerator was clean, but smelled strongly of cleaner. I hate I had to leave this review, it is my first negative one. For the price, I did expect better.

Thank you for sharing your experience, Perry. It’s good to know the cabin’s design and location worked well for you, but we’re deeply sorry for the issues that overshadowed your stay. Maintenance concerns like broken sliding doors, shower problems, and cobwebs inside and outside are unacceptable, and we regret that these problems impacted your time with us.
The additional issues, such as finding extra blankets wadded up, blackened feet from the floors, and signs of damage from previous pets, only add to the frustration. These are not the standards we strive for, and we understand why you expected more, especially given the price. Safety concerns, like the wobbly coffee table, are especially concerning, and we appreciate you bringing them to our attention.
We value your feedback and are grateful you took the time to share your thoughts, especially knowing how difficult it can be to leave a negative review. Your input is essential in helping us identify where improvements are needed to provide a better experience for future guests. We’re truly sorry for falling short of your expectations.

Family Christmas
Upstairs tub didn’t drain, downstairs tub disgusting-full of mold and broken door, downstairs bedroom at kitchen had no heat flowing to it, shower curtains molded (buy $2 plastic and replace each time), coffee and end tables broken or so shaky we were afraid to use, all faucets were outdated and/or broken, toilet seats missing lock tab, air vents rusted, not enough lights outside to feel safe, door wouldn’t close without locking it, Wi-Fi didn’t work. The photos are a LIE for room arrangements and especially the view, who puts tv behind the bed? There is no clear view overgrown trees. Definitely get new cleaning service bedding/linens did not smell clean. I’m fairly certain they dry cloth clean without actual cleaning solutions, clean where renters see under and right behind furniture which had huge dust balls and trash. I read a similar review from June and y’all haven’t fixed anything. It would be a near perfect cabin if you actually put money on the small stuff-fixtures, shower curtains, air vents, put inserts in the show/tub combos. It fit our family perfectly but because you haven’t addressed the same open issues previous reported we will mark your company off the list. Update your photos as is stop lying, actually get cleaning service who washes linens with detergent and cleans with solutions. Get someone to fix items when reported if not don’t state you will fix!

We hate to hear about the many troubles you encountered during your stay, Cindy. While are deeply sorry for the inconvenience, we do appreciate you bringing these matters to our attention. We can surely understand the disappointment and would have loved the opportunity to address these inconveniences. We can assure we will inform the appropriate departments of each specific concern so the property can be thoroughly inspected for future guests. Thank you for the feedback and review.
4 couples-the lay out of the house was perfect! Every couple had their own room and bathroom. The house was well stocked with everything we needed, fully stocked kitchen, great outside sitting areas. The one thing that really let us down was the view of the mountains, it wasn’t as advertised. There are a bunch of over grown trees right in front of the upper deck that blocked the emote view of the mountain. Cut those trees and it’s perfect!
Had an issue with freezer and ceiling fan. Contacted property manager and when we got back to the cabin, everything was taken care of.
