Ottimo appartamento per visitare Nizza. Manca qualche dotazione nell'attrezzatura cella cucina (casseruola, bollilatte, scodelle, scolapasta)

Great location.

In a lovely part of Nice within easy walking distance of the city centre and sea front. The apartment was comfortable and equipped with the essentials, although a microwave would have been more use than the countertop electric oven and the kitchen tap needed fixing. Parking is on street, and not always easily available. Overall we had a very enjoyable stay.

Basic but good value. Lovely little outside space with lots of sun. Lots of stairs so not suitable for some. Close to busy road but didn’t affect us when doors closed.. we would return

Decent property with good facilities

Decent sized property for a solo traveller. Good shower, nice outdoor area and decent sized living room with a TV, sofa and a dining table. Toilet paper, shower gel and 2-in-1 shampoo was included. Double bed was fairly comfortable. Plates and cups within the property with a nespresso machine but no tea or coffee included.

Not exactly as advertised

The apartment is 2 flights down. The stairway is not always lit up. The bed is very hard and uncomfortable. The apartment is in front of a major freeway. Lots of noise. Poorly equipped kitchen. For the money, it was not a good value. Bus stop is right there. Convenient.

Cancelled by the owner when they realised the rugby world cup was on and obviously re asvertised it for a higher price, leaving me struggling to find an alternative and when i did, it was a lot more expensive. Hence why i have given a negative review

If you visit the city and do not stay most of the day in the apartement its ok

First of all the communication with the host was really great. The Location is ok for visiting Nice because there is a bus station right in front of the apartement which allows you to be in the city center after 8 minutes. By walking it takes about 15-20 Minutes. The big street is not really disturbing in cause of noise. Unfortunaley the Hygiene of the apartement is not so good. The smell of the apartement was kind of old and at the same time very intensive of cleaning products. Also there were insects in the kitchen (dead insects which were not cleaned). If you visit the city and only stay at the apartement overnight it is ok but for a longer stay I would not recommend it. If the apartement would have been more cleaned and the smell was not there it would be a 4/5 rating.

Muffe geur, schimmel en kapot

Wij hadden dit verblijf voor 5 dagen geboekt. Het contact met de eigenaresse was prima. Bij aankomt zat een andere mevrouw op ons te wachten die het volgens mij had ‘schoongemaakt’. Het appartement zit in de kelder van een gebouw, waarvoor je twee trappen naar beneden moet. Het was donker en gaf niet echt een fijn gevoel. Toen we in het appartement aan kwamen was er een vieze lucht. Een mix van rook en muffe schimmel lucht. Voor de slaapbank waren geen overtrekken aanwezig. Dit hadden we van te voren aan moeten geven. Op het dekbed die daar bij hoorde zaten vieze vlekken. Ook viel de slaapbank bijna uit elkaar. Het tweepersoonsbed was echt heel klein en daar zou je niet makkelijk met twee mensen in passen. Op het bed lagen nog haren. In de douche was schimmel en hij zag er vies uit. Het tuintje die erbij zit is wel erg leuk. De locatie is ook niet super. Het is het te ver lopen van het centrum en in het donker terug lopen vonden wij niet prettig. Na een nacht te hebben geslapen zijn wij naar een ander verblijf gegaan. Dit hebben we gemeld en ze heeft nog aangeboden het schoon te maken. Maar naar ons idee was dat niet haalbaar in een dag. Ik heb de foto’s doorgestuurd maar daar geen reactie meer op gekregen. We hebben ook niks van ons geld terug gehad. Ik zou dit verblijf om meerdere reden niet aanraden!

TrÚs mauvais séjour

Appartement en sous sol (humide). Equipements dĂ©faillants (four rouillĂ©, radiateur salle de bain en panne). 3° couchage sur lequel il est impossible de dormir (clic clac de dĂ©coration = planche de bois). Absence de couette (dĂ©posĂ©e le lendemain) et draps Ă  22h le jour de mon arrivĂ©e. Gestionnaire de mauvaise foi qui refuse de me reloger et qui finit par me bloquer. Vacances gĂąchĂ©es avec mes 2 enfants en bas Ăąge, j'ai Ă©tĂ© obligĂ©e de trouver un autre logement en urgence (trĂšs onĂ©reux). Aucune rĂ©ponse valable de la part d'Abritel qui donne raison Ă  des propriĂ©taires malhonnĂȘtes et abusifs. FUYEZ CE LOGEMENT.

L'emplacement n'est pas bien indiquĂ© , celui ci se trouve face Ă  l’arrĂȘt de bus "musĂ©e chagall' donc beaucoup plus haut sur le boulevard cimiez, l'accessibilitĂ© et la proximitĂ© des commerces n'est donc pas aisĂ©es avec la montĂ©e du boulevard cimiez, nĂ©anmoins l'arret de bus Ă©tant en face, ça facilite la remontĂ© au logement le logement est situĂ©e 2 Ă©tages en contre bas d'une rĂ©sidence, il est accessible uniquement par escalier donc avec poussette et bĂ©bĂ© comme dans notre cas ce n'est pas Ă©vident au quotidien, nous souhaitions laisser la chambre a bĂ©bĂ© et utiliser le canapĂ© comme lit, je vous le dĂ©conseille celui ci n'est pas adaptĂ© pour dormir, trĂ©s petit, assise trĂšs trĂšs molle portant je ne fais que 70kg vous ressentez toutes les armatures en bois et ferrailles, cela ne peut pas ĂȘtre considĂ©rĂ© comme un 3eme couchage, on est trĂšs loin du clic clac classique ! il manque un rideau occultant entre la chambre et le salon afin de ne pas Ă©clairer celle ci avec la tĂ©lĂ© allumĂ©e. le logement est situĂ©e au dessus de la voie rapide matisse donc la terrasse bien qu'agrĂ©able reste bruyante Ă©tant donnĂ© le passage des voitures, cependant porte fermĂ©e, il n'y a aucune nuisance dans l'appartement, il y a une forte odeur d'humiditĂ© dans l'appartement mais aucun trace d'humiditĂ©. Nous n'avons pas utilisĂ©e le coin cuisine, La salle de bain est trĂšs bien spacieuse et fonctionnelle, le lit de la chambre est confortable. l'appartement est fonctionnel et bien dĂ©corĂ©e.

Fijn appartement, helaas was de communicatie met de eigenaresse erg slecht. Er werden afspraken niet nagekomen en reacties duurde lang als je die kreeg, buiten dat was het verblijf in het appartement fijn

Empfehlung nicht möglich

Lage nicht wie beschrieben, sondern an der grĂ¶ĂŸten Schnellstraße Nizzas gelegen. An der TerrassentĂŒr massiver Schimmel, der zu einem modrigen Geruch in der gesamten Wohnung fĂŒhrte - TĂŒr ist die einzige LĂŒftungsmöglichkeit. Schimmelsporen in der Luft sind bekanntlich gesundheitsschĂ€digend. Abwicklung nach MĂ€ngelmeldung sowohl an Vermieterin als auch an FeWo Agentur schlecht oder nicht existent. Uns wurde weder eine alternative Unterkunft vor Ort angeboten noch ist bisher eine Erstattung und Kompensierung erfolgt.

SĂ©jour Ă  Nice

Logement bien situĂ© par rapport aux divers transports, notamment le bus, cependant il Ă©tait trĂšs compliquĂ© de se garer Ă  proximitĂ© avec notre vĂ©hicule, il a fallu "tourner" plusieurs fois dans les rues pour trouver Ă  se garer. Notre logement Ă©tait Ă  cĂŽtĂ© d'une 4 voies bruyantes mais il Ă©tait trĂšs bien isolĂ©, nous n'Ă©tions pas dĂ©rangĂ© par le bruit quand la fenĂȘtre Ă©tait fermĂ©e. Le logement Ă©tait propre et sympa, un bĂ©mol pour le matelas qu'il faudrait changer.
