The cabin was very dirty. There was food on the counter and smushed in between the stoves. One of the upstairs bunk rooms had blood on the sheets along with pubic hair. It was disgusting.

We’re extremely sorry for the serious cleanliness issues you described. What you encountered is completely unacceptable and does not reflect our standards in any way. This feedback has been addressed immediately with our housekeeping and management teams. We deeply regret that this was your experience and understand how upsetting it must have been. Thank you
Had a great stay. House was nice, only minor complaint would be the pool was a little cold. The weather wasn’t real warm so it would’ve been nice to be able to raise the temp on the pool. Our group had a wonderful time, house was plenty big for our group of 20. Also close to Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. Host was quick with responses to any issues. Would definitely stay here again. Although there is only a charcoal grill, might want to bring a gas grill for ease of cooking for a larger group.

Large Family trip
The overall property was nice and exactly what we were looking for to accommodate our large party (35 people). However, we found that several of the things we chose the house for did not work properly. We repeatedly reported the problems to the management group, but we only received an offer to send maintenance at 5:00 p.m. on the last day, and then no one showed up.The house was reasonably clean. However, there were no instructions for many of the features (theater, pool, TV remotes, etc.), many inner doors were not in good condition and did not close or latch properly, and there were not enough extra linens, pillows, and blankets for all of the futons.

Thank you for choosing our property for your large gathering—we're glad it suited your group’s needs. It’s disappointing to hear that some amenities didn’t work as expected and that our response fell short of your expectations. Your feedback about the missing instructions and household essentials is incredibly helpful, and we’ll use it to improve the experience for future guests. We truly appreciate you sharing your experience and hope for the chance to provide a smoother stay next time.
The cabin is beautiful and the location was absolutely perfect. Beautiful views all around, good road to cabin and nice area. The cabin itself is huge and has so many wonderful things about it. Big spacious rooms with a bathroom for each room was so wonderful for our trip with 24 women. The deck is amazing and huge and has the most beautiful views. The kitchen and dining area was great for our group and the pool and hot tub were so nice. The beds were very comfortable and our group enjoyed the spacious areas and amenities provided. Negatives: they definitely need a new cleaning crew. We walked in and right by the door was a dirty mop, a broom and a pile of dirt. The sink had backed up and smelled awful (they did fix next day). The floors were dirty and had dead bugs and trash all around. You could tell dirt had been swept under furniture and beds. Some beds didn’t have a comforter, some comforters had stains and futons were stained as well. Sheets on a few beds were dirty. That being said, the cabin worked well for our group and we would consider coming back again. Just better prepared and hopefully it will be cleaner.

The room I slept in had a pop can on the night stand as well as a water bottle u see the bed, we kept running out of hot water so I took at least 2 cold showers, one fridge barely got cold, they told us it was decorated for Xmas but there was only a tree.there was not a lot of space for the trash to go so we had to keep it on the house with us, it was very dusty.
