2-bedroom duplex flat on the top floor of a small residence with superb views over the bay of douranenez and morgat cove.
The south-east facing Porzic family beach is just 50 m away.
With around 50 m² of living space, it features sea-view terraces from the ground-floor rooms and velux windows in the upstairs bedroom offering a lovely view over the bay.
Ground floor:
1 lounge/living room and fitted kitchen
2 terraces with sea views
1 shower room and separate WC
1 bedroom with double bed (140/190)
On the first floor
1 bedroom with 2 single beds (90/200)
There is a private parking space and free Wifi internet access.
The start of the hiking trail (GR34) is 50 m from the residence.
Pets are not allowed.
Sleeps: 1 (160/200); 2 (90/200)
In addition to the rent, the following charges will be billed:
Water: 2.0 Euros/m3 Electricity: 0.20 €/kW (except from June to September)
Cleaning on departure: 50 Euros (compulsory)
Sheets on request: 15 Euros per double bed and 10 € per single bed
Towels on request: 5 € / person
A deposit of 300 € is required for the rental.
During the 2 summer months, we prefer to rent for 2 weeks or more.
