About this property

This beautiful 2 story condo sleeps up to 7. It has 2 master suites with king beds in both. The upstairs master has a private balcony that overlooks harbor and the boat slips behind the condo.
In the loft room there is a full size and one twin size bed. All rooms have a flat screen TV and both master bathrooms have walk-in showers. Walk out the living room sliding doors to the deck and boat dock. Enjoy the shade under a large umbrella on the deck or watch the beautiful sunset in the evening. Crossbridge is just steps away from the condo to fish off of or you can just fish off the finger piers behind the condo.

Great location!

We enjoy the Kontiki condo location. Perfect to let some pier fiah, some bridge fish, some wade fish, and a great place to park the boat. The channel to the bay is a little shallow so be prepared for that. The house was very comfortable.

It was a perfect weekend!

I received a message the condo I originally reserved was not available because the owner came in early. At that point my family was upgraded to another condo. The condo was a end unit with a great view. It was perfect for my family!
