Enjoy your stay and relax in this 2 story, 2 bedroom with a loft that sleeps 6 comfortably.

This condo has an open space concept from the kitchen to the living room area. Walk out to the deck off the living room area to have full view of the pool, courtyard, and tennis court.

The master bedroom upstairs has a comfortable king size bed, flat screen tv, and lots of closet and drawers space, and a private balcony overlooking the property.

The downstairs master bedroom that overlooks the bay has 2 twin sized beds with plenty of closet and drawer space. The room also has a flat screen tv with Roku programming so you can enjoy your favorite shows while you're away from home.

Downstairs and upstairs bathrooms are tub/shower combo.

This condo also has a cozy upstairs loft with 2 twin beds, a roomy closet, and a sitting area that includes a small table with 2 chairs.

Washer and dryer are located upstairs for convenience.

Nice weekend getaway

Condo was very nice. Kontiki is a wonderful place to stay if you are visiting the Rockport area. Between the pool and piers there is plenty to do without leaving the property. Did not disappoint!
