This new beautiful waterfront home features a private pool and lighted fishing dock. There is parking in the driveway and the house is located in a new development on a quiet street. There are plenty of places to relax and read and enjoy the tranquility of a vacation on the water. The split bedrooms and open living concept will provide room for everyone. You may discover you never even leave the house.

Inside you will find the perfect getaway, primary master bedroom downstairs with king size bed and water front views, walk-in shower. Living room with comfy couches. Large dining table, spacious kitchen with plenty of granite countertop space and all the appliances you may need. Two bedrooms upstairs, one boasts a king size bed with waterfront view, other bedroom has twin size bunk beds. Upstairs bathroom has a shower and tub combo.

Outdoors you can enjoy the private dock which is equipped with under glow lighting for fishing at night, fish cleaning station and benches. Pool has a splash area for the kiddos and can be heated during chilly nights if needed.

Great Location, Spent Too Much Time Cleaning

We love this location and have stayed in a nearby home on several occasions. The pool, pier, and home are as described. A rental with 1st floor kitchen / access is also a plus! HOWEVER….we spent too much time cleaning on what should have been a weekend getaway. - Dirty clothes left ON washer and IN washer. I dried the towels, folded, and put away. - Barbecue pit had a burnt paper towel in it, garage smelled terribly of smoke, opted not to use. - Pier had a broken fishing pole lying on the deck with the line stuck to neighboring pier, traps were left outside. - Trash bin in kitchen had trash in it, including a cigarette butt. - Floor was not swept nor mopped. I swept and mopped. A full dustpan was collected from sweeping. - Couch - Pet hair was on both couch and loveseat. (Our kids are allergic to cats.) - Patio - cigarette butt on patio floor. - Refrigerator / Freezer - Ice cubes overflowed from tray to other freezer space. Fridge had sticky spots and dirty spots on multiple areas. - No coffeemaker - we had to go to pick up daily. Sent the owner / property manager a text with photos and never received a response. Unfortunate for such a great location that we love to visit.

Dirty House

The other guest who reviewed this same home had my exact experience. The house was not cleaned between guests or maybe even longer. The doors, tv remote control, refrigerator, freezer, carpet was dirt with food crumbles. The couch had food and pet hair all over it. Floor wasn't swept. The BBQ pit was broken and still had chicken bones on it. NO COFFEE POT. Refrigerator wasn't cleaned. The patio furniture was in the yard. The carpet had cat food or some kind of small pellets on it. Clothes were still in washer and dryer. Wet clothes and sheets in bathroom closet. The host said "This has never happened that's weird" he goes on to offer to send the cleaning crew the next day. We washed all of the linens and cleaned the entire house that evening ourselves. Tried to make contact on Sunday after I returned home. The Host hasn't responded. VBRO contacted the host on my behalf. The host offered a very small refund lol... Not even close to the cleaning fee they charged me. VBRO is helping me resolve this. We still enjoyed our stay.
