Joe is a retired Real Estate Inspector and chief grandpa and Carol is a Licensed Professional Counselor. We are well known around Kerrville and take great pride in our reputations, for being ethical, hard working people you can count on.

What makes this property unique

We love the Kontiki for it's quiet beauty. We can do our favorite things there - fishing, long walks, kayaking and watching the sunset! Our property is well taken care of and super clean. There is something for everyone to do. You can relax, fish, crab, walk, look for shells, play tennis or basketball, play in the sand. There are 2 piers, a boat launch and numerous boat slips right in front of the unit
