Birdies Cottage - Boat Parking & Bikes

The newly updated home features 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a loft, boat parking and two Huffy Bikes. It is 3.5 blocks from Aransas Bay, where you can start your morning with a walk down Water Street and end your evening relaxing in the large backyard while grilling your fresh catch.

Walk into this home and you are in the light-filled living room and fully equipped kitchen for your home away from home. The primary bedroom has a queen bed, TV, and ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom has a queen bed and TV. The upstairs loft area has two queen beds, TV and a window bench made for unwinding. The second full bath is off the main living area.

Birdies Cottage is the perfect location to explore Rockport. You are one mile from the downtown shopping on S. Austin Street. It is a relaxing place to return to after exploring the shops, restaurants, or the local winery.

Rockport Beach, Little Bay, Rockport Harbor, and the festival grounds are only two miles from the house. Birdies Cottage has two 26-inch Huffy Cruiser bicycles for you to explore Rockport as well as beach essentials for you to play in the sand at Rockport Beach. The long driveway can easily accommodate your boat trailer for those early morning fishing trips.

Birdie’s Cottage

House was great, close to everything we needed and was supplied with plenty of beach and kitchen essentials. Would definitely stay again.

Great!

After my last VRBO experience I was a little skeptical. However, Birdie’s Cottage was exactly like the pictures and description. It was super cozy, clean and has everything you could need. It was the perfect location for where we needed to be too. I would definitely book here again. Better than a hotel for sure.

Pure Relaxation

We spent a lovely weekend at Birdie’s Cottage. It was beautifully decorated and very comfortable. Fully stocked kitchen and outdoor grill made for some delicious dinners - even fresh caught fish one night. A quick walk to the waters edge or into town for a coffee or glass of wine. My husband went bay fishing while I strolled to do some bird watching. Spent several hours on the back deck reading. Plenty of parking. We will absolutely visit again and would highly recommend.
