This beautiful redecorated condo sleeps 4 and is in a prime canal side location. This downstairs end unit boasts a private deck leading to the canal and boat dock. From the deck there is a view of gorgeous Aransas Bay. The open and updated kitchen features granite counter tops and is fully stocked ready for cooking! The bedroom has a king size bed, flat screen TV and DVD player. The comfortable living area offers great views from all windows, a sofa sleeper and love seat, a recliner, flat screen TV and DVD player and dining area. Relax, enjoy and appreciate the scenery or fish from your deck or large fishing pier. Go for a refreshing swim in the pool or BBQ using the area grills. You will LOVE this terrific condo!!!

Perfect place for total relaxation

Needed a perfect place to just getaway from the city life and I found it! It was a great place to unwind. Beach was a short drive away and really enjoyed boutique like shopping! Is definitely staying on my recommendation list!

We really enjoyed our stay. Great location and easy boat ramp. Condo was very clean and comfortable for me and my two kids. Will definitely be back for more fishing!
