Pleasant country house stay

Friendly host, greeted us with fresh cake, farm eggs, and drinks. Location is great - easy access to main road to Calais and close to Frethun station for longer journeys. Converted farm house had comfortable beds and amenities. Included a sheltered outdoor lounge area when the weather is less agreeable. Would definitely return!

Perfect calm getaway

What a lovely getaway for a short weekend trip. Beautiful area and really peacefull. The accommodation was well stocked and we were most welcomed on arrival. Locating the property was tricky at first. Look for the painting on the side of the road of the building with a turret. Once we located the sign it made it easy to see. We will miss the chickens on site. They were hours of entertainment for my neice. She loved them

Tour von 8 Freunden

Einchecken lief ohne Probleme. Vermieterin war zum vereinbarten Zeitpunkt vor Ort und hat uns eingewiesen. Wir waren 3 Nächte in der Wohnung an der es absolut nichts auszusetzen gab. Die Beschreibung bei der Buchung entsprach dem was wir Vorort angetroffen haben. Geschirr bis Spülmaschine, es war einfach alles da in der komplett ausgestatteten Küche. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin war unkompliziert und sie antwortete immer schnell. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt in der Wohnung.

Notre famille a été merveilleusement bien accueillie et le gîte était parfait et correspondait totalement à nos attentes Pour les gens qui veulent visiter la côte d'Opale, le lieu est idéal, spacieux en pleine nature et près de tout ce que l'on peut attendre en peu de temps. Les accueillants sont au top. Merci pour tout.

Hier fühlen sich Erwachsene, Teenager und Kinder einfach nur willkommen

Ein sehr liebevoll eingerichtetes Haus, aber man muss trotzdem keine Angst haben, das die Kinder was kaputt machen könnten. Auch für Babys ist alles vorhanden, genau wie die nötigsten Sachen in der Küche und im Bad. Der Charme von alten Komoden und neuen Geräten nimmt einen ein. Genau wie die Hühner, die sich gerne von den Kindern füttern lassen. Die Kinder kann man laufen lassen im Garten und kleine Trecker sind auch vorhanden. Für die größeren sind Tischtennis und Kicker ideal. Die Lage ist ideal. Es sind wirklich nur 10 Minuten bis zum Strand. Eine kleine Wanderung in den Sümpfen von Guines, aber man ist sehr schnell in Calais, Wimmereux oder Bologne de Meer. Und dabei ist die Ruhe nachts unglaublich schön. Zum einkaufen ist es auch nicht weit. Die ganze Familie freut sich bereits wieder hier zu sein 💝
