Nice stay in saint tropez

We had a very nice stay in this lovely home located in a charming farm surrounded by gravepine, next to port grimaud. The place was clean and well decorated and the owner was welcoming. We really enjoy our week !

Very complete !

Very fine house to stay with my family, very complete ( also the kitchen!) And outside / garden is pleasent with at al times of the day enough shaded places. The coastway might give some “noise”

Don't be put off by proximity to the road!

Although the road is nearby (and can be heard a little bit from the garden), there is no sight of it from the property - in fact the garden area has wonderful views over the countryside with no other buildings in sight. Plenty of plus points at the property - beds are comfy, shower/bathrooms are excellent and the wifi & aircon work well. Great location - 15 minute walk to lovely beaches and 30 minute drive to St Tropez. Just a couple of small tweaks would lift it to a 5*. Although there are loads of seats outside, there are only 3 sun loungers - not enough for a property that sleeps 6. The fridge in the kitchen could do with being replaced - the door doesn't shut very well.

Das Objekt ist gut gepflegt, der Pool wird regelmässig gereinigt bzw. auf Abruf. Die Infrastruktur ist sehr gut (Klimaanlage, Küchegeräte, Weber Kugelgrill und sanitarische Einrichtungen). Die Aussenbereiche laden zum geniessen und verweilen ein. Schatten spendet der Laubbaum und der gedeckte Platz. Der gedeckete Parkplatz ist auch ganz angenehm (im Sommer bei 38°C!). Die Rasenfläche ist nicht sehr gepflegt, das ist kurz geschnittener Naturrasen mit vielen Dornengewächsen. Wir würden das Objekt wieder buchen.

Agréable sejour

Belle villa dans un grand jardin arboré sans vis à vis. Piscine très agréable. Chambres spacieuses avec de grands placards. La cuisine par contre n'est pas du tout fonctionnelle, c'est un couloir très étroit avec des plans de travail très hauts . Le gros inconvénient de cette maison est sa situation à 50 mètres d'une route très passante de jour comme de nuit.

Maison de charme pour excellentes vacances

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette maison de charme, décorée avec goût et dotée d'un bon équipement. La maison, le jardin et la piscine sont très propres et bien entretenus. La piscine est ensoleillée toute la journée. Une grande terrasse permet néanmoins de prendre les repas à l'ombre. La situation est exceptionnelle : au calme, sans vis-à-vis et à la fois proche de tout. A recommander sans hésitation...

Vacances en famille

Nous y avons passe une semaine très agréable en famille à la fin de l été dernier. Il s agit d'une jolie petite maison bien arrangée et très chaleureuse, qui fait dos a belle ferme ancienne. Les chambres sont confortables, relativement spacieuses et donnent sur les champs de vignes! La maison dispose aussi d une cheminée, ce qui est plutôt convivial, mais vu la température nous avons plutôt profité de la piscine et du bbq. La piscine était un vrai atout pour nous et nos enfants, surtout en cette saison chargée ou il est facile de passer quelques heures en voiture tant les routes sont empreintees! L envers de la maison donne également sur les vignes si l on se dirige vers le village de grimaud (très joli et je recommande la pâtisserie), idéal pour se promener à vélo! Il est encore plus facile d ailleurs de se rendre à Port grimaud en vélo, de l autre côté de la maison, pour faire qq courses, manger une glace ou encore aller a la plage! Seul petit bémol, si je puis dire, mais qui s est finalement avéré pas bien grave, c est l emplacement. En arrivant, le site se trouvant près de la route du bord de mer, nous redoutions d avoir bcp de bruit. Mais finalement, la maison faisant face aux vignes de l autre côté nous n avons pas été dérangés!! Bref, nous y avons passé une super semaine, cette région est vraiment très agréable, et y retournerons très certainement cet été!

Douceur de vivre

Nous avons passé une semaine dans cette très agréable maison avec notre petit bébé de quatre mois et avons bien profité. La maison est très calme, les pièces et chambres sont spacieuses et bien décorées, le tout surplombant les vignes du domaine de Grimaud. La maison est à 10min à pied de la plage et 5 min en voiture du joli village de Grimaud. Nous y reviendrons avec plaisir
