This perfect paradise is ideal for your next beach escape! Featuring 3-bedrooms & 2-bathrooms, this condo is on the 5th floor of Phoenix East II. It sleeps eight guests and has sweeping views of the sugar-white sandy shores! Remodeled in 2020, see below for all the updated and new features!

· Coastal decor and finished throughout this charming rental!

· Living area includes a queen sleeper sofa, new 65 inch flat screen television, and a beachy shiplap wall that's the perfect backdrop for the beautiful Gulf of Mexico views!

· New Flooring Throughout the entire condo

· New Stainless Steel appliances including flat top range and seating for two at the breakfast bar in fully equipped kitchen. All new cabinetry Including quartz counter tops

· New lovely dining area seats six

· King size bed and flat screen television in master bedroom

· Both bathrooms are ompletely remodeled with walk-in showers, new cabinetry, and granite countertops.

· Spectacular Gulf front views including front row sights of Perdido Pass from new balcony patio furniture.

On-site paid parking is available and managed by the property's HOA. Parking passes can be purchased upon arrival and are valid for the duration of your stay. Please be sure to display the pass clearly on your driver's side dashboard at all times while on the property.

For the comfort and safety of all guests, U-hauls, trailers, boats, jet skis, buses, and similar vehicles are not permitted on the property.

Spacious and clean condo

Our family of six enjoyed this beautiful property overlooking the beach. Would definitely return next time we’re in Orange Beach.

Not what I paid for/ terrible experience/overpriced

I will not change this review. I have sent information regarding these issues through message on VRBO app and have only received a generic response. No action to right the wrong. Actually rented at Phoenix East 2. Our unit was changed to Phoenix 8. Unit was spacious. But rug and furniture was filthy. Pullout couch was broken and unable to be used. Shower was moldy. Loud vulgar music played by other renters around the pool and then on balcony. No employees at service desk to get help. Not a family friendly experience. Huge waste of our money. Will not rent at this facility again.

Nice Unit but some issues

Very nice location. Unit wasn't cleaned very well. Hair and dust in most rooms. Someone had taken the batteries from 2 of the tv controlers. The people above us kept moving furniture day & night and it was very loud. The unit next to us had new matresses delivered and the old ones were outside of our unit for the whole week we were there.! The trash was on the ground by all of the garbage shoots...people too lazy to take it to the dumpsters! The workers on the building next door played music at 7:00am everyday, so loud, it was loud inside the unit with the door closed. I called the front desk with no change in the music level. OBA is great, but not like it use to be. The unit was nice but not for the money they charged for it. The beach view was awesome.
