About this property

5+ BR lakefront home w/swim dock. High Speed WiFi.

This beautiful 5-bedroom (plus "Bunk Room"), 2 1/2 bath lakeside home has a gentle walk down to the lake and boat dock w/swim deck. A one acre lot provides plenty of space for football or Frisbee. A trampoline and a rope swing will entertain the kids for hours. You can relax on the front deck, with a view of the woods, the back deck with a view of the lake, or the back patio. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need for meals or you can drive 15 minutes into Shell Knob for dinner.

Other things to note
This is our part-time home. We’ve equipped it for us, so there are lots of “extras” for you to enjoy. We’ve stayed in rental homes that don’t have yard games, DVDs, frisbees, a football, board games, grill tools, wine glasses, Netflix, etc. Ours does. One of our guests said, “It’s more like staying at a friend’s lakehouse.”

There is a TV with Chromecast and DVD player. There is no broadcast or other television service (other than streaming), but that's why you go to the lake!

You can rent a boat at Kings River Marina, which is about 10 mins away by road and 15 mins by water. Our shared boat dock is just two lots over where you can load and unload guests into your boat, or swim and sun on the swim dock.

Pets are welcome, but an additional cleaning fee applies. The yard is not fenced.

We love spending time at the lake with our kids and grandkids. We live in Dallas, so we aren't able to make it to the lake as often as we'd like. We hope you are able to enjoy your time at the lake as much as we have.

Why they chose this property

We are on the quiet end of Tablerock lake, where the lake is wide enough to boat, but far less crowded. It's on an asphalt road, which isn't typical for lakefront property, but there is very little traffic since we're one of the last houses on the road.

What makes this property unique

The house is on a dead end, with woods across the street and a one acre gently sloping lot for yard games and relaxation. We stay here part time, so the house is much better equipped than many AirBnBs we've stayed in. The view and access to the lake is fantastic.
