Romantic Villa Lenivada with views, swimming pool and outdoor whirlpool

We would like to offer you our beautiful, detached, cosy, and very well-equipped single-family villa “Le Nivada”—with fantastic views of Dolceacqua, the mountains, and the sea—featuring approximately 250 square metres of living space and approximately 2,500 square metres of lot area, for a relaxing, peaceful holiday in beautiful Dolceacqua.
The villa is surrounded by a beautiful natural landscape with many olive trees, offering breathtaking panoramic views of the mountains and the sea. Thanks to its location (about 150 metres above sea level and away from the hustle and bustle of the city), you can enjoy the pleasant, fresh, crisp air in the evenings, gaze at the wonderful starry sky, and let the evening gently wind down... .

The villa has two levels, on which we offer you five bedrooms:
Ground Floor:
Master bedroom with en-suite bathroom, including a spa bathtub and shower, bidet, and toilet.
Guest bathroom.
Bedroom with a double bed.

First Floor:
Bedroom with a double bed, children’s room with 2 beds, guest room with a large sleeper sofa, toilet, and bathroom with a spa shower, large bathroom with a bathtub, shower, bidet, and toilet.
In addition, there is a very large living lounge (approx. 50 m²) with an adjacent designer built-in kitchen in a separate kitchen area (approx. 15 m²)
The interior features everything your heart desires, including:
TVs in almost every room, a BANG & OLUFSON stereo system (with iPod docking station) in the living room and on the terrace, a very modern open fireplace, a modern built-in kitchen with all appliances (coffee maker, dishwasher, oven, microwave, etc.),
DVD player, air conditioning in all rooms, and so on... (please ask specifically if you’re unsure whether we have something that isn’t listed)
All furniture is high-quality Italian designer furniture.
Outside:
Large swimming pool (10x5) with high-quality pool furniture (made of rattan), a garden sauna with a glass wall and a fantastic ocean view, a hot tub (unheated) for 6 people, an outdoor summer kitchen with an American-style BBQ grill and sink, a large garden, 2 covered terraces (60 m + 20 m), a balcony approx. 20 m, 4 lounge areas spread across the property (2 by the swimming pool, 1 above the swimming pool, 1 behind the house), a pergola, and much more. The rental price also includes a pool attendant who cleans the pool. Upon request, a housekeeper and a chef can be arranged for an additional fee.


A few words about Dolceacqua:
Dolceacqua is an Italian municipality in the province of Imperia in Liguria with a population of 1,999 (as of December 31, 2012). The town is located about 10 km north of Ventimiglia in the Val Nervia. The neighbouring municipalities are Airole, Apricale, Breil-sur-Roya, Camporosso, Isolabona, Perinaldo, Rocchetta Nervina, San Biagio della Cima, and Ventimiglia.
The village is dominated by the “Castello dei Doria.” Another well-known landmark is the Ponte Vecchio di Dolceacqua, which, although built in the mid-13th century, spans the Nervia River in a single arch (30 m). Claude Monet was inspired by the bridge to paint a picture in 1884. He called it a “jewel of lightness.”
