The villa, mainly on one level, offers a lot of light. It offers more than 380 m2 of living space (70 m2 upstairs) to which are added more than 160m2 of aquatic area (which can be locked for the safety of children) adjoining the living room; In this aquatic area, a 10mx5m swimming pool with a water temperature of 27/28° all year round (except in exceptional weather conditions) this space is not heated, however, the heat released by the equipment and the sun's rays contribute to making the place pleasant) and a 6-seater jacuzzi with its 82 massage jets, a wooden terrace and exotic garden). 7 bedrooms, one of which, on the ground floor, has been transformed into a "master suite" and has been equipped with a balneotherapy bath for 2 people: an unforgettable moment of sharing (free and unlimited use) Large table for dining with family or friends (indoor and outdoor barbecue). A living room with flat screen TV and fireplace.

IMPORTANT: the costs of restoring the villa are not included and the Vrbo rate is "villa returned in the same condition as found on arrival"

In order not to increase the booking fees, no deposit is taken by Vrbo.

LE CLOS can accommodate up to 17 people (adults and children). It is located in a village with shops, on the edge of the departmental road 704 on the parking side (busy during the day) on the banks of the Auvézère river on the garden side; a nautical base located just behind the property allows you to go canoeing or kayaking (a shuttle bus will take you back to the cottage) for 2 hours or more, depending on your level and your desires. You can make your meals in a fully equipped kitchen and an indoor barbecue will allow you to cook your meats and other skewers, all year round.

Our dog friends are not allowed at the cottage unless explicitly agreed by the owner.

Relaxation: Massage with a Tibetan singing bowl carried out on site by Bénédicte, trained in the technique. This massage focuses on the different energy centers of the body, their blockages and the techniques of reharmonization with the bowls. The Beautician practices a series of several manoeuvres all over the body in order to untie the body and soften it to release its energy. Price: 55 euros for about 50 minutes of absolute relaxation.

My answer depends on your definition of the word "party": loud music and karaoke between 10 p.m. and 8 a.m. are not tolerated on site. It's all a question of cursor and respect for others

Indeed, we do everything possible to welcome you in the best conditions: thus, you can arrive on site from 5 p.m. (sometimes earlier, depending on the previous occupants) and until 8:30 p.m
