No Wi-Fi even though it was advertised in the description of the property. Spoke with someone in the office and then later emailed them. Neither response was helpful. Arrived on Thursday afternoon. They had plenty of time to get Kinetic out there to remedy the problem and didn’t bother. Said to use the DVD player and the provided DVDs. DVD player did not work.
If you're looking to getaway and collect your thoughts, plan, meditate, whatever, you won't be disappointed. I'm locking this location because I'll definitely be back🤭
Super cute little cabin! Super clean. As the reviews said, bed is entirely too small for average sized adults. My husband and I are rather small and this bed is fit more for my two children that are 13 and 11. There is room for a larger bed with the removal of a trunk and a rocker in the room. Wifi is spotty, if any. Cell service was only “good” at 6am. Neighbors were relatively quiet but the area resembled a 1970s trailer park. The couch and chair in the living area was dirty and dingy. I wouldn’t sit in the chair, it could stand to be tossed out. Small dining table, maybe big enough for 2 to eat there comfortably. There’s a crack in the tub with a soft spot in the center that makes me think the floor is rotting below it. Needs some maintenance and some new decorations. I counted 68 chickens, hence “The Coop”. Needs less chickens and more reasonable furniture.
We were blessed to find this place last minute when we were planning for our anniversary last minute and overall our stay was ok and the cabin had all the basic needs and it was clean overall and cozy. If the location, internet access and bed size are not an issue as described below and the rate is good, I would recommend this cozy simple cabin.
However, 1. we really recommend either changing the bed to a queen bed with a good mattress or provide details about the sleeping arrangement available - double bed with a soft mattress. For us we had hard time sleeping on it because we are tall and we kept falling towards the middle of the bed because of the soft mattress. 2. Also recommend giving details about the internet access or improving the internet access. It was nice having the TV and access to the different services but we couldn't use it for our phones or iPads. We had to arrange sitting literally close to the router. 3. Finally the location was in a subdivision that is not maintained at all which is kind off ok since we spent most of the time away from the cabin. Thank you for everything again and hope your cabin continue to be a blessing for you and for your future travelers.

Great stay
It was so cute when we went in and the little Christmas tree was lit. It was a little hard to get to and you can't use Google maps , but the instructions were helpful. It would help if you put distances in the instructions. Over all great experience!
The cabin was clean, well stocked with essentials, close to town but also away from the hustle and bustle. We had a wonderful stay and plan to return to this property in the future!

Unhappy about
The master bedroom bed was way to small, my husband is 6’3 the bed was way to short. The loft mattress was flat and like sleeping on the hard floor. The neighborhood was like a trailer park and the view was undesirable. We made the best of it. Cost way to much for what it is. A glorified trailer in a trailer park. Won’t ever stay there again. Also no toilet paper.
All and all, it was a great experience. Cute cabin outside of town but close enough to be there in 5 minutes. Had everything we needed for the week.
The bed was comfortable but VERY small (double bed). One of us slept on the couch so we could both get a better nights sleep.
The cabin was in a much more densely populated area than I anticipated. It was pretty much like a regular block - a street with houses on both sides....along with pretty trees and bushes.
We did have a problem with ants. Although we saw ant traps, we went and bought more, which helped. You couldn't leave ANYTHING on the counters - the ants would be there! Also had them in the bathroom, along with a couple of silverfish and one large cockroach.
I don't mean for this to sound so negative.....it is a great cabin and we had a great time.......I don't regreat it at all!

Small but cozy
The house was nice from the pictures online. The loft upstairs is nothing more than a 8 inch mattress with pillows which would be ok for kids between the ages of 10-15. The master had a full size bed with very nice sheets and comforter (we are small people) but I would have preferred at least a queen for two adults. The house came stocked with everything you could think of, the management company was really awesome to deal with as well. There was one issue that needs to be addressed. Ants small and large were everywhere in the bathroom dinning room living room and the bedroom. We cleaned up well after ourselves left no food out keep lids on food cups etc and washed dishes promptly. It was raining a lot so that probably didn’t help. The only other complaint was the neighborhood was not really the best, most other houses were kinda run down but it was quite and peaceful.
