Family-friendly atmosphere.<br>Close to three rivers—the Ardèche, the Volane, and the Besorgue—perfect for swimming, fishing, or canoeing. <br>Aubenas: 14 km; Vals-les-Bains: 7 km (spa town); Antaïgues: 8 km.<br>In the heart of the Monts d’Ardèche Regional Nature Park, the Mas du Vernadel—equidistant from the headwaters of the Loire, the Ardèche Gorges, and the Chauvet Cave—is the ideal base for exploring our beautiful region.<br>We’d be delighted to help you plan your holiday: sightseeing, discovery tours, maps for hiking, restaurants, swimming spots…<br>Our 5 holiday rentals are located in a typical 17th-century Ardèche farmhouse:<br>- LAVANDE Cottage (5 people): 2 bedrooms + 1 alcove, 1 living room/kitchen, 2 bathrooms, 1 private furnished terrace, patio furniture, 1 outdoor sofa, lounge chairs. Large shared barbecue for the Lavande and Cigale cottages. Outdoor clothesline.<br>Kitchen amenities: fridge-freezer, 2-burner gas stove, microwave, coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, dishes, kitchen utensils (pots and pans, etc.)<br>Shared tree-lined garden for both cottages.<br>Shared secure swimming pool.<br>Note: Only 1 small dog per cottage (under 10 kg). <br>Cats are not allowed.<br>The cottage must be left in the same condition as upon arrival. A light cleaning service is included.
