Please leave the place in clean general condition to avoid excessive cleaning charges.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
After the booking, we will verify all reservation details by email within 48 hours. No parties or gatherings beyond the allowed number of guests (8).
$300 additional charge for excessive cleaning. Eg. pile of dirty dishes in the sink. Food left on the counters. Trash or food on the floors, etc.

Close to the action but a world away!

What a gem in South Lake Tahoe! Only 10 minutes from town but nestled in a quiet neighborhood surrounded by trees, this 4+ bedroom home is truly spectacular! Stone gas fireplaces, modern kitchen with Viking appliances, beautiful decks on the first and second floors - this was a wonderful place for our family to gather over the July 4th holiday. Large dining room with a table that seats 8 and open design between the kitchen, breakfast nook, and family room were definite positives. Also the house is within walking distance of several nice hiking/biking trails. 10 minutes to South Lake Tahoe and maybe 30 mins to Emerald Bay (with traffic), it was nice to be able to get into town but also escape to a quiet refuge during a very busy weekend. Also has a washer and drier and so we were able to return home with clean clothes - another plus! This is our first VRBO and it was a wonderful experience!

Dad’s Celebration of Life

We needed a house to accommodate our grown adult children and our two grandchildren so we could attend my Dad’s celeyof life in Meyers. This house iwas perfect for our family. The house is beautiful with nice comfy beds and lots of room for everyone to feel like they have their own space. The Bathrooms were amazing with on-demand hot water and you won’t believe the mater bathroom ❤️ Custom kitchen but not a lot of working space but your in Tahoe who is spending time in the kitchen. We had special requests about the laundry because our granddaughter has severe soap allergies and they were happy to accommodate. We did try and do laundry and the washing machine has issues with draining and the spin cycle (I hope they fix that). I will say make sure you inspect the property, take pictures of anything you see that is not perfect as you will be charged if any happens. I did not do that and they said the coffee table in the front living room had a star chapped crack on the edge. I have no way of proving or disproving so I am on the hook for that. The towel bar in the bathroom fell off and they wanted $100 to fix it since my family is local and we had the tiny tool needed to put it back on they allowed us to renter and fix the towel bar saving us $100 that was very nice and accommodating. Over all I would say the stay was good.
